Ok the only negative I would list is Was ,is the parking is only for 4 cars at the property and others will park in assigned areas in the community. The positive , I was speechless of how specious this place is.kitchen amazing with 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. And 2 washers and dryers .whenever i had a question about anything I got a response right away. and they also check up on my stay . Close to parks . Great food location .beds comfortable . Pool was a big hit .

We had 37 people staying at the house for a family reunion. The house was ideal, plenty for everyone to do of all ages...pool table, game room, pool table, movie room, and places to just sit around and gab for us older folks. Although the property management company provides a few items like toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, eyc, we recommend brining an extra supply of those items. Alos bring paper plates, paper napkins, foil and plastic wrap, dishwashing soap, surface cleaner and garbage bags. If you're going to use the common pool, you should bring beach towels as well. The common area of the resort was great fun. The house was clean, linens and pillows great, and the children loved the themed rooms. All in all, it was a terrific place for a family reunion.

Loved this property! The jacuzzi felt amazing! Everyone enjoyed the pool also. There is plenty space and beds. I had 33 people in my group and they enjoyed the movie room, arcade, and pool table. The only thing that we didn't like was the parking. There is not enough parking spaces and the communal spaces are too far away from the property. If the parking could be worked out, this home would be amazing.

Check in was a bit difficult, needing to drive in to find the clubhouse for overnight passes. The parking was very difficult. I could not find parking for 2 of my cars, so we had to go pay to park at Home2Suites. Overall, the Airbnb was awesome! Everyone loved it and enjoyed it for all 5 nights we were there! Kids loved the spaceship room and the bigger kids took the avatar room! Communication was great before, during, and after! I would definitely rent again! Thank you for the wonderful home for our family vacation!

Nice except the hot tub temp

Property was fantastic great for the amount of people we had and truly decorated well honestly coolest house I’ve stayed in. I was expecting the hot tub to become hot since we payed for it but no matter how long we left the spa bubbles on for it did not get hot. Admittedly I didn’t try the temp in time to notify the owners and I’m sure they would have tried to fix it if I let them know earlier in the tripother than that I loved it and would return again

Big House for a Big Family

My family and I vacation to Orlando every summer as one unit and we always looks for a home that is big enough to accommodate our family of 30 people. This summer we stayed at this big well decorated house. The house is as pictured and for the most part clean, however, it can be cleaner. Not sure if there were people there right before us because we did find quite a few clothing items and other things left behind. The company needs to do a better job checking on their cleaning service. The game room would be top notch is the split ac would actually cool the garage down, but imagine being in an enclosed garage in July in Florida... it was unbearable. They sent out someone to check it, but I guess it wasn't fixable.Aside from that, they responded quickly and efficiently to any questions and/or complaints I had. Overall they upkeep the property well. This has been one of the better houses we've stayed in since we've been vacationing together (11 years). We would definitely book again. Just really wish the property provide some type of grill.

The property was clean and super stocked. The presentation upon arrival is welcoming and inviting. There were floaters for the pool which was great. We brought our own but that was thoughtful. What I did not like at ALL is the temptation the game room. The game room is a deciding factor when booking. It was super hot. A portable AC was brought in but it was sucking heat from a third garage. We could not enjoy it at all. With the radiating heat it made the galactic bedroom with the slide hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. The kids were in and out. The property manager came by and I mentioned it to him. H was aware of it; which is the reason for the review. Please don’t rent a home in Florida without an AC running. Even if it is the game room. They property manager brough by 2 small fans for the game room. It didn’t help but he tried. I would not have chosen this home if I knew that. Other than that the property would have received 5 stars.

I would have to say this was one of the most disappointing stays we have had at a property. We travel as a large group every year and stayed at this same resort the prior year. The property and resort quality have diminished considerably. On this stay we had numerous issues. First, there were multiple rooms upstairs with large black and red ants and other bugs, including the large bunk bed room, theater, and one of the king bed rooms. This scared all of the kids who refused to stay in those rooms and did not use the theater at all as a result. We called the management and they sent someone out the following morning and found a large anthill outside however the ants were still in the rooms for the entire stay. We were just told that it takes time... great, but we are only there for 3 days so 3 rooms including the theater were useless.Second, we paid for pool heating and the pool heater and spa did not work correctly. The property claims that the pool was heated correctly but it was cold and the kids did not use the pool even one time after spending every day in the pool the prior year. On top of that the spa was not functioning correctly and when the jets turned on the spa would empty so the jets could not be used, on top of the fact that the "heat" was only up to 71 degrees, during the day, with the sun out.The management credited only 1/2 of one day for all of the issues which was woefully insufficient. We do not recommend this place.
