This place was amazing

It was fantastic they had all the Necessary amenities and plenty of activities. Only thing I could say could be better is a house and dock pressure wash more often

Beautiful, Convenient Lake House in the Ozarks for a Family Get together

We rented this property for 1 week, to accomodate 2 families, one who live in Denver and one who live in Pittsburgh. The Lake of the Ozarks is a mid-way driving point for us, and we had never been. The house is beautiful, with everything you could need for family dinners (inside and outside), and the kitchen is well-appointed. Beds are comfy and plentiful. we had a fabulous stay and created wonderful memories!

Our favorite VRBO so far!

We have been staying at different houses on the lake for over 10 years and this one was our favorite. They had everything we needed/wanted for household stuff, plenty of room and large kitchen island for talking and hanging out. The dock was our favorite for fishing, swimming, the slide, the platform, boat slip for our boat and just hanging out in the shade under the fan. Perfect all around! Might need to rebook for next year!!!

Great house and location for families!

This is our second time staying at this home. There are 16 of us ranging in age from 6 - 80. The house is nicely decorated and updates are very beautiful. Most of our time is spent at the dock (which is large) watching the kids slide or jump from the platform. I have secured our dates for 2025!

Great location in protected bay!

Great home with everything you need to enjoy LOTO! 1 min to Buck Creek for all your wake boarding/tubing needs. Had a mishap with cleaners no showing for arrival, but Kieth took care of things quicky with minimal impact to us. Would definitely stay there again.

Friends group getaway

The dock and view was amazing. We were out on our boat every day and also swam off the dock. It was a great area to swim. Thank you for the wonderful ladder. The house was amazing. Just a few things could have made it better. King size beds in all of the upstairs bedrooms will be a must for us next year The main family room sectional is really in need of replacement. Also, the dock cushions are really worn. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could need. So large. Room for multiple cooks…lol. Thanks for a wonderful time!!!

Great outdoor spaces

Loved all the outdoor spaces and seating. The huge kitchen island was definitely a favorite hangout spot for food, drinks, and friends. The bunk room was really big so our large group of kiddos had enough space. Everything was really clean and plenty of bath towels. Wish there would have been a few more hand towels and kitchen towels for such a big group but that’s definitely not a deal breaker by any means. Great memories of a lake vacation we’re made for sure!

This home was just as advertised. Great location. Floating dock was top notch. We celebrated my wife’s 50th and had a great time with friends.

Ozark trip

Enjoyed our stay and all the accommodations were great. Only issue was there was no propane so had to go into town to fill the tank one evening.

Great spot!

Have rented this house two years in a row for an annual guys trip. Great house for large groups, dock is fantastic and outdoor fireplace is the deal! Will rent again next year.

1st family vacation

From the moment we walked in to the property we knew this was going to be a great time. The property was amazing, from the bedrooms to the kitchen oh and wait till you step on the dock. We had a hard time getting the kids to come in for supper. What an amazing place, everything was perfect!!

House was great & the dock was the best we have had at the lake so far!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. We loved the bunk room for the kids, master bed was very comfy, bathrooms were spacious, house was well equipped for the stay for the most part. The dock was amazing and so much to do. A platform to jump off of, a slide, a really nice lily pad, paddleboard, fishing poles, floats, lots of patio furniture as well, and a nice boat slip. Couldn’t have been happier with the dock set up. The kids and family had such a great time. We will definitely be back again!

Memorable💗

We had an extremely memorable trip. The property was great. Every single thing you can imagine was in the kitchen and more. More than enough space for everybody. The dock, slide, diving platform, ring toss kept us busy all weekend. Renting a boat or pontoon is a must we are out in the boat adventuring every day. Highly recommend this property

Beautiful home.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family gathering. Perfect weather and time of year for our low key family. Housekeeping didn't check all the boxes before we arrived. Needed to clean a bit prior to settling in. Text message sent to owner recommending spot checks on their cleaning crews.

Great location

Overall we had a good time. The house had great updates and lots of room. Sink did leak. Owner allowed another party to undock their boat and return it cauing a delay in our use 30 minutes each time. Sent a maintenance person by to work on his vehicle while we were still sleeping. Daughter said someone went into her room while she wasn't there and accessed the locked owners cabinet because a key was in the lock when we returned from an outing and a credit card was on the floor outside of the closet that did not belong to any of us. That was concerning. There was food left in the fridge when we checked in. But that was easy enough to throw away. Blinds in one suite were broken. A wicker storage trunk in another room was broken. The lily pad was punctured and barely theretherd and it was one of the rough foam ones not smooth. The upstairs decking is new but not properly supported its like walking on a trampoline or watered. There was only one working TV remote. However... overall it was great. The slide was wonderful. The easy access to the dock and into the lake was fantastic. The size of the dock and seating was perfect. The kitchen island and storage was luxurious. The bedding was quality. I would rent the house again but earlier in the season before all the wear and tear.

Loved Lakelife!

House was beautiful, clean and great location. We rented a boat and docked it right at the house. Dock was beautiful, water slide and high dive were super fun. Kieth was super responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great location on a quiet cove. House had everything we needed. Dock area was great to hang out and enjoy the water. Keith was quick to respond to any and all questions. No complaints. Great stay. Would definite come again.

Wonderful site for large family reunion.

The house is extremely visitor friendly. Seemed to have every convenience for us to use inside the house and at the dock area. We had 13 kids aged 2 thru 17, and there was something fun for everyone to enjoy. Had a pontoon for the week and a couple of jet skis to add to the activities. After dark, the adults gathered on the lower deck for catching up as some were meeting for the first time. Clearly this, for us, was a 9, maybe 10 event that we had planned and hoped for. The kids loved the bunk room!! The home suggested sleeping for 24 people as I recall. Since there were 7 couples and truly only three prime bedrooms, three of the couples for comfort rented another nearby home and would come to our place for the day and evening. All us adults were in the 40-74 age range, so sleeping on the couches and such wasn’t really appropriate, hence the need for additional arrangements. There are three complete bedrooms, one no-window attic room with two queens and a bathroom. Might be perfect for family with lots of kids to fill the bunks. We have nothing but thanks and compliments to the host for allowing us to stay in this property. One suggestion, as the 74 year old elder of the event, is that a railing on the steps down to the beach, and perhaps an enhanced railing from the first floor to the bedroom floor, would have been used and appreciated. Thank you for our stay. Beautiful property, plentiful parking, and every amenity one could possibly want made this a truly life memory for the Hines family.
