I stayed two nights with my small dog and this place was perfect and so clean. I was able to walk next door with my dog and sit outside and have appetizers and drinks the first night on my birthday. We both went for lunch down the road the next day and I made a lovely dinner in a beautiful kitchen at the house on my final night. Thank you so much for sharing your home with me.

It was such a beautiful sight! The pictures are amazing but when you get there it’s an experience a picture just can’t capture. My family and I went to relax, unwind and reconnect during our spring break. It was such a wonderful stay and you can get to so many places with a 6min drive or uberEats. I can’t wait to revisit again.

This charming lakehouse contained all the amenities we could possibly need. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was large and well equipped, and the layout/decor was lovely. The views of the lake were beautiful, and there is a bike path almost literally across the street, perfect for walking the dog. The location is close to the freeway, and there are lots of restaurants close by (including two on either side of the unit). Will definitely come back!

We had a great little getaway on Pewaukee lake!! Cottage was very clean and cute! Right on the water was such a great experience! Waking up and the lake being steps away was such a bonus!!

My 5 sisters & I really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view, not far from town & parks! We were lucky to have summer weather in Oct!! Two of my sisters took the kayaks out for a tour of the lake!Would highly recommend this place to others!

My family loved the cottage and lake front property. it was nice to have two bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. The bathrooms and kitchen was nicely stocked with needed items. The kitchen and breakfast bar was perfect for meals and still had a small table in the other room for larger events. The kids enjoyed all of the water toys in the lake. My family would rent this again if we are in the area for another family function. A nice touch was the cottage booklet telling about the cottage and activities around the area. Kristen was a great host and help us out on all of our changes. THANK YOU Items to make if better. I would label all of the electrical switches so that the guests know where each switch goes too. I would add in the booklet where to get LP refill, grocery stores and liquor stores. With my construction background I would redo the entry steps to concrete and maybe the sidewalks in exposed aggregate.

This is a great cottage style house on the water of a beautiful lake. Fully updated, clean, and a pleasure to stay in. There;s a tavern on either side of you so you're never far from festivities!

Nicely updated little house located between 2 very busy restaurants... Would suggest adding curtains in the bedrooms near the Sunset Grill, as lights shine brightly until late in the evening, making sleeping difficult! Glad for the many ceiling fans, as sunshine through the back windows/doors really heated the place up in the near 90 degree afternoons. We cooked most of our meals here and had everything we needed! Loved being able to rent a pontoon boat as well... Owner was very responsive and helpful for inquiries!

Relaxing Stay on Pewaukee Lake

We had a great stay overall and would definitely rent this property again. The location is beautiful, with close access to a trail and lots of boat activity to watch—especially the sailing. The bed was super comfortable, and the host was very responsive when we had a minor WiFi issue.The property is situated directly between two bars, which made us a little nervous at first (especially over the 4th of July weekend), but it ended up being a pleasant surprise. The live music was actually enjoyable, didn’t go too late, and it wasn’t loud at night—we slept great!The kitchen and bathroom could be a bit better stocked, so just be prepared if you plan on cooking or are staying with a larger group. The water off the porch is clean but has a lot of plant growth, so it’s not ideal for swimming.One big plus: pets are allowed, and ours had a great time too! It made the trip even more enjoyable.Overall, a lovely spot with great views, a fun atmosphere, and a comfortable place to relax. We’d happily stay again!

This was the PERFECT home for our girls’ trip! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck, steps away from the water. All areas of the home were clean and organized. The host also created many touches that were smart and thoughtful. We would absolutely book this place again!
