Walking distance to City Park, St. Joseph's Hospital, A variety of restaurants, and Denver’s best local café, The Weathervane.
1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus pull out couch available.
Longer term stays are welcome upon request.

Our newly renovated one bed and one bath condo is located in an historic building in Downtown Denver.
We have equipped the space with a Queen bed, a pull out couch, and a nicely stocked kitchen and bathroom to provide you with comfort and convience while traveling to Denver.

Here for an extending hospital contract or just exploring for the weekend, this cozy condo makes the perfect home base for your Denver adventures.

Free street parking is available.
Washer and Dryer included in unit.

Please, NO PETS. If you have a service animal we ask you disclose this to us, we are highly allergic to dander.

Please note there is NO TV in our condo.
Wifi is included for streaming and working remotely.
This is a condo, please respect quiet hours (10pm-7am).

The property and apartment were very good. I did not realize it is a basement apartment. The apartment was a little smaller than expected. Overall, the building in which the apartment was in and the apartment itself were very clean and nice. It took a while to get into the building because our code did not work. We were let into the building by other tenants initially. After a few hours of communication with the management, the code was reset and we were able to get into the building. One of the lights in the bathroom was not working. The apartment is in walking distance to many restaurants & things to do. The location of the apartment is excellent. Overall it was a very good stay. I would recommend the apartment.

Wonderful host, very friendly and accommodating. Property was very nice, newly remodeled and in a great location, close to downtown and several good restaurants. Also close to several hospitals for those coming for medical visits. Really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again! Five star.

Great place!

Very nice, clean apartment with everything you need. Great neighborhood with lot's of restaurants, bar and coffee shop all within walking distance. I found the memory foam bed to be very comfortable. Owner was very available and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice accomodations. Loved the kitchen. Bathroom very nice. Enjoyed the decor, building, and neighborhood.Parking was a bit challenging due to construction at a property down the street. This is obviously a temporary situation. Walking distance to City Park, National Jewish Health (my reason for visit), Sprouts market ( my favorite groc).Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others!Sushi Bay (across the street) was very good.

Victorian - Renovated

Fix the bed! I would rent again. I would have given 5 stars if it as not for the bed. Headboard with an overhanging shelf less than 2.5 ft where you head would rest. I'm not worried about being closed in space, but I'm 6ft tall. I would have to put my head in the overhanging shelf to fit the bed. I did not want to hit my head when I awakened.The picture of the bed in the listing has a lot of throw pillows in head rest area. This is misleading.I had to put them on the floor,. and make the bed so I could put my head at the foot of the bed. Since there is no headboard, a couple of times the regular bed pillows fell off the bed.Also the bed does not have a regular mattress. It was big chunk of foam on the bed frame, and 3 pieces of firm foam on top. Also their is storage space under the bed. But I did not open it. But the frame for this part of the bed jutted out 2 inches on both sides on the foot of the bed. It just a piece of lumber about 0.25 inches thick. Bang my foot against this. Ouch!Frankly, the bed in a box looked like it was ordered online and put together, and the mattress which was a bit uncomfortable. The 1 of 2 light bulbs in the Bathroom was flickering off an on. It needs to be replaced.They remodel the small apartment well. They remodeled with full appliances including washer and dryer. 3 day pass on public transit bus stop 2 min walk. 8 min ride to downtown & A-train to/from airport to downtown saved a lot not using Uber.

Was an amazing visit, had everything we needed, along with great location allowing you to discover Denver. Highly recommend to others. Would be booking this place again when coming back.
