Excellent property, had 5 couples, and plenty of space. You can not walk to town and it is a hike to get back to main street, just FYI

This house was gorgeous! Feels very exclusive as there is a gate at front and it’s right inside the Valhalla resort area! The house itself was so big and spacious. There is hang out spaces on every one of the 4 floors! It is 7 bedrooms plus a little area for a baby to sleep with crib and all, we thought it was 8 rooms so we had a few girls sharing a room. Host was responsive when the one of the cm machines needed a new battery! I’d bring white noise if your a light sleeper and have a lot of ppl! The view from the balcony is beautiful! The house overall was amazing and we would definitely stay there again!

We had three generations, ages 80 to 20. Everyone talked about how large the rooms were and how nice and clean each room was. Close to town and very quiet. Btw Found everything I needed except for kitchen towels.

The house is clean, well appointed and great for a large group. A suggestion though… The driveway is steep and the concrete has been built up on one side to allow access to the garage. One of us had a pretty severe fall because of that drop off, tumbling onto the concrete and down the hill. May I suggest a railing be added there to avoid anymore mishaps.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear the house worked well for your group. We’re very sorry to hear about the fall—that must have been upsetting. While we’re unable to change the driveway itself, we appreciate your suggestion and will definitely look into adding a railing there in the future to improve safety. Thanks again for letting us know, and we hope everyone is doing okay.

The house was clean and pretty much as described. There were broken beds not accounted for in the description. We had people sleeping on mattresses on the floor. I don’t feel like this was acceptable. also the kid bunk bed is actually toddler size. It will not sleep 10-12 year olds as expected. The AC was broken when we arrived. It did get fixed promptly and the repairman was a super nice guy. It’s advertised as having four parking spots. Two of those are in the garage. If you have large vehicles you will only have space for three as two larger vehicles will not fit in the garage. The bathtub on the top floor did not work and had a sign not to use it. That being said, the house was in a good location and we sis enjoy our stay in Helen.
