Host was very gracious! The fenced in backyard was a plus for our 2 small dogs. The area was perfect for what we needed.

We had a wonderful weekend stay and the house was perfect for my friend and I. Very comfortable and clean. Host was very responsive when we had a question.

Our stay at Tilly’s Cottage was wonderful. The house was very clean and the coffee bar was fully stocked. The location is quiet, but close enough town to be able to go out and do things. We will definitely be staying again if we are ever back in Wilmington!

The house was perfect for our visit. Centrally located to all of our activities. The bed was comfortable, as was the couch and chair. Loved the decor, blue and white. It was nice to park on the property. Definitely one to remember.

Great little cottage

A nice cottage! We liked the decor and the coffee bar. Seemed to be geared more towards pets than children. Close to downtown/ historic Wilmington and the beach.

Host interaction was good, prompt, friendly. The house was very dirty, showing a lot of weat, and quite sparse in the kitchen and bedrooms.

The house has the potential to be nice, however it is run down and very dirty. The kitchen had other people's dried food/ spills inside the cabinets, dead cockroaches, filth on all of the baseboards. If the property was cleaned properly and some upkeep on the rotting stairs, it would be ok.

Great stay! House was super clean and well-equipped. Yard for dogs was very well maintained and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay, and very close to downtown Wilmington. Had great local shops and restaurants. Took dogs on walks every morning to a local playground. Wi-Fi was strong. Shower had good water pressure and beds were comfortable. Would recommend staying here!

Beautiful Cozy Home

I’ve spent a week in this beautiful cozy home not too far from the beach. Great price, spacious and cozy home. Great customer service. Loved it!!! I’ll recommend for sure! My first time in Wilmington celebrating my birthday with my daughter we built such beautiful and lasting memories.

Cutest house ever

We felt suuuuper cozy and safe in this house. It was super clean and the host was very responsive and kind. I would live there if I could!! The location is awesome, very close to downtown and a lot of cool spots. We had a lot of fun exploring Wilmington, and the house was such a pleasure to come back to after a long day of exploring. Would rent again!! :)

Cute and convenient with responsive host

Communication was awesome prior to the visit which we needed to work out some potential timing issues with the Wilmington marathon. The house was clean and well furnished. Very cute and comfortable rooms. Having a dog friendly property with a fully fenced and safe yard was a huge bonus. Was able to feed my runner a fabulous meal and enjoy time with family without worrying about driving and parking the day of the race. Five stars across the board!

The inside was very clean and nice and friendly. The coffee bar was a nice touch. Glad it was a pet friendly property. our little dog seemed to enjoy her stay.The area at first seemed sketchy but no problems.Items to note- The water pressure at the shower head was very low, The remote for the TV in the bedroom was missing. We like to sit out on the porch, but the porch is in need of the steps and railings repaired/replaced and painted. Don't misunderstand, we DID like our stay there, just needs some maintenance.

I was down meeting my first grandson. The cottage is nice, love the back yard. Neighbor hood is iffy, very close to other houses, very tight. But no problem. The baseboards, walls, shower, window and blinds were filthy. Dusty with dog drool in window.beds comfy,shower needs a scrubbing, 2 fans don't work. Great space for entertaining, cute place

Our stay was nice although on our first night while cooking dinner we found the cabinets to be very dirty and the pots and pans had not been cleaned. A small roach crawled out of the sink in the kitchen while doing dishes. We then saw the roach motel in the pantry. On our final night we were trying to take a shower and a cockroach came crawling out of the tub. We decided to then head out early around 1 am due to the cleanliness and bugs as we were uncomfortable and ready to leave.
