Best place we have rented from VRBO! Clean, house was stocked with literally everything you could ask for (including bottle of wine and smores fixing). Super clean, great deck and hot tub.

I spent 2000 to stay in a Mice infested house and ants all over the kitchen ! The host was less than reasonable, regarding several issues ! VRBO will be heading over there I’m sure.

Great stay! The place was very pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog easy and stress-free. The hot tub was amazing and the fireplace made it the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!

Great location to Levis Mound hiking trails. Nestled in the woods. Hot tub was clean and used many times during our stay.

Stayed here with some family Including a young nephew of 3. The cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. So peaceful and quiet. The deck overlooking the pond was our favorite place. The hot tub was so relaxing as was curling up to a fire inside watching a movie each night. Our only downside was we had a lot of rain and storms during our stay which caused some internet/wifi issues. Other than that we had a lovely stay. The hosts are great at reaching back out with any questions or concerns.

A great getaway for 2!

Overall this property had everything we needed! The location was great. Awesome amenities. Host was communicative and friendly. Perfect getaway for my partner and I. Our only complaint really was that there were lots of ladybugs.

Hot tube hade too much chlorine. We could not use. The bathtubs were not handicap accessible. Need walk in tubes or walk in showers for us older folks. The pond attracted insects so we could not sit outside as much as we wanted. .Positive: The refrigerator was large with a large freezer. The stove was great. The grill was perfect. The beds were comfortable as was all the furniture. The children loved the large spaces upstairs and downstairs to play. There were plenty of blankets and towels. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The table was great for our card games. Parking was wonderful. It was close to Hatfield and the lake. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. This is very important to us. The cabin was clean very clean. Decorations were cute. The wine and smores ingredients were a real nice surprise. The cabin is really comfortable, cozy and pretty. No need to use the fireplace!!!.

Excellent getaway

I spend alot of time in the black river falls area, hunting, playing, and just relaxing. This vrbo was by far the most beautiful place i have rented to date. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

LIKES: The cabin was nice, hot tub, deck, all good. The communication of the things that were happening days prior to our stay, should have been communicated to us. The washer malfunctioned, causing things to get wet, the well went dry, and the AC went out. All were fixed, except the washer and dryer. Some appliances didn't work, not the end of the world, but we did pack lighter, because we though we could do laundry.Had we known some of this prior, we may have changed some things. When we booked this spot, we look for certain amenities, and when you can't use them, there should be a discussion about it as soon as there is an issue. When i let the owner know that the TV in the loft didn't work, all i got was all 3 TV's work, nope. I stated the coffee maker didn't work, and i got it was all working, nope. The keurig worked, thankfully. I know things happen, but some transparency would of gone a long way.

Hi Stacey, Actually the washer and dryer did not malfunction, they were brand new and just installed, however our well pressure pump and tank went out, the morning of your date of arrival, the date of the washer and dryer install, and miraculously we were able to get a plumber there the same day to resolve before your check in time. However, then that meant they did not finish the washer and dryer install because this was a more serious matter requiring immediate attention. I informed you at noon on your date of check in, 2 hours after we found out the pressure tank and pump had failed. We offered to come look at the TV and coffee pot and sent you all the information as well as informed you of the Keurig for use instead and you advised us not to come resolve either. We even offered our UTV free of charge since it was raining during the majority of your stay that you had planned to ride motorcycle. We pride ourselves in being very accommodating to our guests and this was a situation that was completely out of our control.

Beautiful, clean place exactly as described with all the amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace every night. We were close to the trails which made the location ideal. Communication with the host was seamless. We will definitely book again!

This cabin had a nice secluded feeling while still being close to the town and trails for UTVs. The frogs and fireflies at night around a fire or while enjoying the hot tub, were something special. This cabin was stocked with all the essentials for your stay.
