This property looked as advertised. Very clean and extremely comfortable. Plenty of room to have extended family come over for a few hours before a wedding on Sanibel - and the location was perfect! If we ever need a stay in the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Hosts responded promptly with helpful advice! This duplex was perfect for our group! We’ve done 3 trips down here in the past few years and this is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. We will definitely stay again if available!

This duplex was clean and very centrally located. But you would need a bicycle to bike to the beach unless you wanted a long walk Sanibel Island 14 miles away so easy and beautiful. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

Perfect accommodations for us. Just as described. Very clean. Stocked well with everything we needed. Very close to Shell Point as we needed to celebrate our Mom’s 90th Birthday there! Close to all grocery, etc. that we needed. Safe area. Comfortable beds. Alex the host was responsive when needed.

Clean property, close to beaches. So nice to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Comfortable accommodations. Back patio is nice with a fan and putting game. Nice, quiet neighborhood with good walking path. We will definitely be back.

The rental was wonderful and it looked just like the photos! We'll plan to stay here again.It was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of space (and hangers in the closet) to spread out our luggage. The beds were comfy. Check-in was easy. Hosts provided plenty of thoughtful extras like an umbrella, extra towels, shampoo and soap. They had some snacks, water and coffee which we appreciated.Also the location was very convenient yo Shell Point Village

Accommodations and property were accurately listed. Rooms were cleaned and well furnished, the location was close to Sanibel, and check-in and check-out were easy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone for the price and location.

We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for us. It was very clean and convenient, had plenty of room, a nice screened in porch, soft beds and an amazing shower! We felt safe in the neighborhood and things were quiet and cozy at night. Alex and Stefanie reached out a few times to make sure we were good, and then again after we left. We hope to stay there again the next time we visit Fort Myers.
