Nestled in a mountain cove behind the gates of the beautiful Indian Wells Country Club, this Hollywood regency inspired, professionally designed home has been curated with every modern comfort imaginable.
The open design 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house features large slide away glass doors allowing for indoor/outdoor entertaining, while taking in the impressive mountain views .The backyard features a gorgeous all tile salt water pool, outdoor dining with overhead heaters, a gas bbq and lounge area with fire pit. Enjoy the quiet comfort of this private, secure and spacious family home in the middle of the Coachella valley. The location is close to wonderful shops and restaurants, landmark attractions, the best golf courses and amazing hikes.
This professionally designed home has meticulous touches with guests comfort in mind, including a large TV in the media room, surround sound speakers throughout the home, wifi internet for your working and streaming needs. Abundant natural light, volume ceilings and an open air design create a sense of grandeur. The gourmet kitchen is extremely well equipped with Wolfe, Subzero and Miele high-end appliances. The large entertaining island is perfect for meal prep and sitting with your morning coffee.
The living room and open bar is an entertainer's dream with wine and beverage fridges, an automatic ice maker and bar sink. Impress your guests while standing behind the bar mixing cocktails while listening to your favourite tunes piped through the house and pool deck.
The home features Nest thermostats for personalized temperature settings, a cozy indoor gas fireplace and 2 air conditioning units controlling separate wings of the house.
The 3 bedrooms all have King size beds with one of the guest beds that can be converted to 2 twin beds to accommodate families with young kids. All bedrooms have large walk in closets and dresser drawers for plenty of storage and all bedrooms are ensuited. The principal bedroom features a quiet sitting area, a TV and private access to the pool and spa. The other two bedrooms are spacious and bright. One bedroom has a private courtyard to sit and drink your morning coffee in peace the other is situated on the other wing of the house from the other two bedrooms and also has a TV. All beds have ultra soft sheets and cozy comforters.
The large, bright bathrooms are all equipped with towels, toiletries and hairdryers. All showers have rainheads and shower wands for your comfort. The laundry room is equipped with full size LG washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and steamer.

Additional Important information:
- Check in at 4pm and check out at 10am
- MINIMUM 30 DAY RENTAL - except 7 day minimum during BNP Paribas Open Tennis Tournament
- absolutely NO PARTIES
- NO PETS
- Maximum 6 people
- Minimum age of primary renter 30 yr old
-Noise ordinance of 10pm-7am. This is mandated by the HOA and is a city by law.
-Pool Fee- there will be a $70/day extra charge ( will show up as host fee and not included in the listing price) to heat the pool/spa and a $45/ per day for spa only. The Maximum temperature to heat the pool is 86 degrees.
- Post stay housekeeping is 4 hours. Any additional hours required will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90/ hr. Arrangements can be made for guests who wish mid stay cleaning.
- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of your drivers license at check in.
- No garage access for vehicle parking. Guests must park in the driveway in the evening ( this is a community rule) and guests can park on the street WITH a gate access pass.
- Property Manager will personally meet guests upon arrival, go over the property handbook, have the agreement signed and show guests how to work everything.
