Nice Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit. We enjoyed our stay there. The Glacier complex is great - enjoyed the gym, which is well-equipped. Note - I don't recommend the Cliffside bar onsite. Lousy service. I don't think the bartender had ever mixed a cocktail before, and didn't appear to be trained or supported by anyone. Her stres was evident, and kind of a buzz kill.

Ski trip

Great property. Everything we needed was there. Obviously a looked after and well kept property. Bathroom was fine but shower/tub is a little dated. Would stay again and recommend to anyome

Not up to par

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hall into the unit had no A/C. Staff at the desk was indifferent. Unit bathroom antiquated and the towel rack fell off the wall. A/C in the unit worked ok. No filters for the coffee maker. No pods for the Kuerig. Towels varied in thickness. Windows were very dirty.

Skiing purgatory

The property had challenges with supplies and the lobby not willingly to replenish any. For 4 adults for 5 nights shortage on soap shampoo and paper towels and toliet paper we had to shop supplies and drive to Durango. Please bring you supplies. Also the the heater run or did not run on auto so it got reallly hot or really cold depending on how they worked. Lucky we had in room laundry as the community laundry machines didn’t work so people had to use multiple floors to do laundry which needs to be noted the WIFI isn’t protected so you are on a non secure WiFi if you need to work and have secure WiFi warning to you. That wasn’t communicated upfront.

We do note that only a starter pack is included with the reservation but we'll make sure that's more clearly descripted so there is no more confusion. The public Wifi is a good note though and we'll make sure that's more clearly broadcast in case that adds extra troubles for anyone else in the future.
