The Space:
Koko Vacation Rental in Ocean Village Club Condo is a one-bedroom, one-full-bathroom Unit located on the first floor of this popular gated community. It is just a short walk to either of the two pools (one heated) and beautiful St Augustine Beach.
Being a guest at Ocean Village Club gives you access to the private boardwalk to St Augustine Beach, two pools, tennis, shuffleboard, and fitness center, all a short distance from the Historic District downtown St Augustine.

Must be 25 yrs old to book
Check-in 3:00pm, Check-Out 10:00am.

**Small dog friendly** One (1) Dog is allowed per HOA Rules. Please check your dog into the office upon arrival. You will receive a tag and pay a $50 fee for the dog's visit. If you arrive after 5:00 go the next day and get your tag.

Other Things to Note:
The Ocean Village Club HOA is onsite across the street from the building. They will only allow 1 Dog, no exceptions.

Our condo was very clean and the fact that the condo is pet friendly was the highlight of the stay. The pools were refreshing and the beach was amazing. The walk was pleasant and the beach cart was great. The condo was in a perfect location. It was a great trip.

The host has thought of everything to provide. The property matched the listing identically. The property was nice and clean. We felt very comfortable including the dog. The bed is super comfy and loved all the modern updates with the shower and kitchen. Host provided extra fans, blankets, towels etc

The condo quiet, clean, and they have thought of everything a person would need while they are here. I did not cook so I did not have a need to check on the pots and pans but everything else was great. This is by far the cleanest place. We enjoyed the stay.

Great place for us and our small pup. Easy check-in, plenty of parking, and a quiet, relaxing building. Very clean throughout and well placed labels to help locate anything we needed. We loved the screened patio and appreciated the dog friendly amenities. Beach access was an easy walk, with closer parking available if needed.The nearby pool was great, and the restaurants across the street were super convenient.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The location was great. Just a short car ride to the historic district. Love how dog friendly it was. So clean and warm. Will be booking again in the near future.

This was an incredible rental! Perfectly clean, well appointed and so well organized! We didn't bring our pups, but they would have felt at home too with all of the canine touches! Would definitely stay again!!!

The unit was very clean very accessible from the parking lot. Ground floor unit on the corner of the building. It was very nice stay. No issues the host Kelly was awesome.. Enjoyed it so much. I’m gonna plan another vacation there.

Our rental was beautiful! The owner thought of everything one could need in a vacation rental. We did need extra forks which we purchased and left there. Would love to rent again next year!!!

Condo was very clean and nicely updated. Everything was labeled perfectly. Beach towels were nice. If you have dogs (which we don’t), this would be an extra nice and convenient condo for you. The one thing I wish the owner would change in her listing is the walk to the beach from the front door to the ocean water. The title of the listing is a little misleading. The grounds the condo is on does have access to the beach but the walk from the front door of the condo to the ocean is exactly a half of a mile, which means it is a one mile trip to the ocean and back from the condo. Besides the distance to the ocean, this is a very nice condo!

We had a slight hiccup with checkin but the support was top notch! The only thing to note was the walk around the grounds to get to the pool closest was hard to find the entrance. And driving to park closer to the beach access was a must! This property is one of the furthest from there. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay tremendously!
