Welcome to Edgemont B3, a cozy mountain retreat located at the base of Killington Resort. This inviting one-bedroom condo offers a warm country feel and convenient access to everything Killington has to offer, making it an ideal getaway for couples or small families.

Located on the ground level, this comfortable condo features a small patio off the living room, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air. During the winter months, guests can take advantage of shuttle service to the mountain and ski-back trail access when conditions allow. In the summer, the Killington Golf Course and Clubhouse are just minutes away.

The welcoming living room features a propane fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, and a 42-inch flat-screen TV, creating the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing, hiking, or golfing. The dining area comfortably seats four, while the fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The private bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, and the full bathroom provides added convenience for guests.

Whether you're visiting for outdoor adventure or a relaxing mountain escape, this charming Edgemont condo offers comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable Killington location.

Things to keep in Mind:
• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Firewood is provided for your convenience.
• Laundry facilities are available in Building C. Don’t forget to bring your quarters!
• A security deposit of $500 is required on the morning of your arrival. Please see our policy page/house rules for additional details.

Great place!

Spent a ski weekend here with my wife and daughter. Unit is exactly as described. It is a small unit, so more than 3 people would be a bit tight for sleeping. Overall it was very clean and perfect for our family. We grabbed the shuttle right outside the condo and skied back on the trail. Great location and price was superb.

This place is very outdated. When we arrived there was no toilet paper, paper towels or hot water. Also, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress is so old that you felt the springs. The cabinet knobs where falling off and to top it off 2 burners of the stove didn't work. I'm considering calling the better business bureau because how much I spent, in all honesty, a motel would be better supplied and clear. I just got home and we are empying the luggage outside, taking the clothes from the luggage to the washer machine to prevent and bugs from coming into my house.

Cozy stay

Cozy condo in a convenient location. The condo has most everything you need for a getaway. We had some issues with the lock but property management was responsive. After hours checkin could be better since it brought us out of our way where road conditions were poor. Digital entry would provide a better guest experience. All in all it was a good spot and met our needs for a quick family ski trip.

Perfect Little Spot to Ski Killington

Great experience for two couples skiing and going out in Killington for a long weekend without the kids! Cute little place that welcomes you with a cozy fire in the pot bellied stove. One couple took the bedroom, the other on the pullout couch. Close quarters so you’ll want to go with people you’re comfortable with if it’s more than just you. Plenty comfy for us! Kitchen is stocked with basic tools to cook if you want to, but we stayed here for easy taxi access to bars and restaurants. After fun nights out and good (if minimal) sleep, we got to the mountain via the shuttle that picks up steps from the front door. Warning- check the shuttle times if you plan on doing apres ski at the mountain! We stayed too long one evening and walked home from the mountain, buzzed and wearing our ski boots :) 15 mins walk and we had a laugh. Overall- great place for two couples to get away for a fun time. Will rent again!

Late summer & fall Green Mountian fun!

Condo was clean and well supplied! Being within walking distance of Killington's resort activities was a plus! The bed was very comfortable & the cable & Wi-Fi was excellent! There were many activities within a short drive golf, lake swimming hiking trails, waterfalls & summer concerts all of which filled our 2 months with fun!

Good short term option

My family was up visiting colleges in the VT area so needed a central VT location. The condo was clean and provided what we needed for a short stay.

The unit is very dated, and if you like to cook you will be disappointed with how the kitchen has been outfitted. It's near all the restaurants on Killington Rd, though, so you can easily eat out.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great and was had good ski-in access but not well maintained outside of the condo. Pathways not shoveled and parking lot was a mess (mountains of snow blocking spots). Beware of hidden service fees and all the requirements when you check-in (take out the garbage, run the dishwasher, etc.). So you basically pay for cleaning after you clean most of the place anyway.

Perfect Weekend Ski Getaway

My girlfriends and I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and tidy, and had everything we might need rolled into a cute little place with a wood burning stove :) Easy access to the mountain (2 minute drive), could not have been better.
