Nice house, communicative host, and the team worked with me to resolve minor issues to ensure a good stay. Suited the purpose my friends and I had to get away quite well, some trivial concerns most travelers wouldn’t have aside. Would stay again.

Derek and Team were very helpful in getting into our place last minute, and were very responsive with the couple questions we had during our stay. Can't give it a five star though when we have mice running around the kitchen!?

Thank you for the feedback, and we’re glad our team was able to help with your last-minute arrival and questions during your stay. With homes surrounded by nature in the mountains, an occasional mouse can unfortunately happen, but we completely understand how unpleasant that can be. We’ve already addressed the issue and taken care of it. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention. - Team VR 365

We enjoyed our 4 day getaway to Suncadia and this property was perfect for our needs. It was just my wife and myself, but this home would very comfortably fit our family with daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandkids. Location was great! Close to Prospector Golf course, boutique shopping center, and Swiftwater winery just minutes away by car. Home offered a fun game room in the detached garage, which we would have taken advantage of it the kids were here. Back patio butted up to the 18th Fairway. Gas fire pit and hot tub were nice luxuries to have as well! We will definitely stay here again when the opportunity presents itself. Highly recommend!Karl

Beautifully appointed home in a great location. Spacious, clean, comfortable with a separate game room. We enjoyed our morning coffee & evening wine on the back patio with wonderful views and visiting wildlife. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, clean hot tub and gas fireplace to enjoy. The kids loved the biking trails. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Spot for Golf Getaway

This house is perfect for a golf getaway at Suncadia. It's close enough to the winery and the lodge/dining for an easy walk. But what really made it awesome was the outside living area. Amazing!!!!! We'll be back.

There was plenty of space for all 10 of us to eat, sleep, shower and play. Everything was clean.

Easy check in. Huge kitchen and lots of needed appliance/cooking supplies as we made all of our meals. The hot tub and gas grill both were working and usable. The back yard was quiet and well protected from the wind. The beds were all very comfortable! We will recommend to others we know. We had a variety of ages in our group and we had fun in the game room.

Overall we enjoyed the house — it was clean, comfortable and well appointed (for the most part). It has a great location on the golf course and is within easy walking/driving distance from the many Suncadia property amenities. The negative, and this is slight, is the property management company. Though things that the property were missing (tissues, a lighter, waffle maker and paper towels) were minor, the running joke in our group became their stock response, which was you can go to the Safeway and buy what you need. Thank you!
