Only two blocks from the famous 'Malecon de Miraflores' (Boardwalk) great for walking, jogging, biking etc, and the majestic view of the Costa Verde and the Pacific Ocean; and three blocks from Larco Mar Mall, the best and most exclusive mall in Miraflores and Lima. Great for shopping, dining, movies, theaters, bowling and more.
Just like home, the apartment comes with full equipped kitchen, laundry room, TV room (42' 3D LCD TV) and cable. It also has a study room with free internet connection. Two bedrooms fully furnished with Queen size beds. Parking is available for an additional cost.

A Perfect Stay in Miraflores!

We had an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay at this apartment in Miraflores. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the stunning Larcomar outdoor mall, with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and safe, with everything you could need nearby: drugstores, grocery stores, restaurants, and even a church just steps away. Hugo and his wife are the most attentive and gracious hosts we’ve ever had. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. This was our second visit to their property, and it feels like a home away from home. Without a doubt, we will continue to choose this apartment for all our future trips to Lima. Cosy and safe apartment in Lima

We stayed in Winter so no need to be by the beach. Easy to get Uber into Central Madrid. After having a very busy day in Central Madrid, we were happy to be able to get a Pizza Hut takeaway and bottle of wine close by to watch the English TV programmes available on the TV in the snug. Not very Peruvian I know, but we had just come in from a rain forest and Amazon adventure. Sometimes you need home comforts. Hosts were great

Great place to stay

This apartment is huge and full of light. The owners live in the same complex and were super friendly. I only met them at check in so they definitely respect your privacy. They were super responsive to any of my questions and provided lots of soap, shampoo, etc. I was initially concerned about photos 8,9,&10 in the listing; I thought there was no door to the primary and living room. But there are absolutely doors. The primary bedroom is so big it has a living space attached and a door to the patio. The apartment will be a special memory to our first Lima vacation. Thank you!!

Very please with my choice

The place was very confortable, the location was excellent near to a lot of places t easy to commute from there. Hugo was very friendly, cooperative and very helpful. At the same time he respects your privacy. He just makes himself available pre our request. But never unannounced I really will go back.

Great Apartment

This is a big, pleasant apartment. The location is great. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Everything about the apartment is exactly as described. And my interactions with the owner were very easy and friendly. Highly recommented.

Outstanding

It was clean and it had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped in case we needed to use it. The owner was very friendly and always available for anything (they live upstairs). The neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to many shops and restaurants. Great location. I would definitely recommend it and we look forward to booking it again when we go back to Lima.

Great place / Great Location

It was a nice experience staying at this house Very convenient when it comes to restaurant locations Larcomar/ Tanta / and La Bodega Trattoria just a few steps away from the house.. Convenience stores just around the corner. And the hospitality from owner was A+ Thanks Hugo

Lovely apartment and amazing customer service!

My parents had a great time at this property . Hugo and his wife were very helpful, made them feel at home, were lovely and very helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location, in perfect condition, everything was cleaned, fully furnished, functional and organized.

Very nice apartment and excellent customer service

The apartment was exactly as described with all the amenities listed. Hugo was very nice welcoming us into the house. He gave us some tips on where to go and where to eat. If we had questions or concerns he was very attentive to help. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Centrally Located

Hugo was a very attentive host. My overall experience staying here was great. The apartment is centrally located in Miraflores, where you can walk to all the many places Miraflores offers. I highly recommend staying here, thank you Hugo. We will be back .

Excellent location and value

This place is amazing. We’re planning to return at first opportunity. Best location in Lima - a block from the Marriott in Miraflores. Close to restaurants, parks and shops. Apartment is clean, spacious and filled with all conveniences of home. Comfortable beds in two bedrooms and a complete kitchen. Great WiFi, a desktop computer and satellite TV. Very friendly and helpful owners. Our visit was only four nights this time, but we’ll definitely return for longer stays.

Convenient and quiet location, wonderful amenities, exceptionally roomy

We had the most wonderful stay at the apartment. Our host, Hugo, was always responsive and attentive to our needs. The apartment locates very close to JW Marriott and the Larcomer. One can enjoy the beautiful sunset every day. The apartment is amazingly quiet and has more room than any typical vacation apartment. Amenities are great in the apartment. It has WiFi, hair dryer, safe, microwave, stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, portable air conditioner, portable fans, cable TV, sound system for iDevices, home office with a desktop computer and a printer, and two sitting areas with comfortable sofas. It is literally a home away from home. We had the most enjoyable stay there and we will no doubt return if we visit Lima again.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

This was my first visit to Peru and Hugo's apartment was a perfect choice. Hugo was helpful prior to my arrival, giving me all the information I need to ensure I made the right choice. As a retired, senior lady traveling alone, I was very satisfied with the area where the apartment is located. I was able to walk to grocery stores, restaurants, parks and public transportation was about 4 blocks away. The apartment was clean and well maintained. TV & wifi reception was good. There was even a desk computer & printer for my use. Hugo responded immediately to anything I needed & helped arrange taxi transportation to & from the airport. Although there is no air-conditioning, there are several large fans. I would definitely recommend Hugo's apartment to anyone looking for a safe, convenient place in Miraflores.

LOVE MIRAFLORES

First time I've stayed at a VRBO property and I was very satisfied. The owner Hugo quickly responded to my questions and was right there when we arrived at 2am from the airport. The apartment was just like the pictures ! Tastefully decorated and roomy as I was travelling with my husband and father to Lima. We couldn't have selected a better location as this property is only a few blocks from La Avenida el Larco where you can easily find a cab, an outdoor shopping mall and restaurants Larcomar, a beauty salon which I used called Encantos, and a beautiful church Fatima. There is also a lovely walking/running sidewalk stretch along the Pacific Ocean !! The owner is very hospitable and available for any additional questions during your stay there. We felt very comfortable and safe so of course we would recommend this rental apartment without hesitation. I hope to go back to Miraflores and tour the country of Peru again as it is truly one of the Wonders of the World !!!

Excellent stay at the most confortable apartment

My husband and I stayed for three weeks at this apartment, located at the heart of Miraflores, short walk from Larcomar and the Malecon overlooking the Pacific Ocean, wonderful views!! It is also close to many of the best restaurants in the area, in the same block you can find two of the best restaurants. The street has a lot of Security, it is quiet and safe to walk at any time of the day and night. The owners were always very helpful and available at any time. We would certainly go back !

Comfortable and quiet

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for one week in October 2015. The apartment itself is very comfortable, well accessorized, and very, very quiet. Having been in Peru many times, I can tell you that is very hard to find. The area and the apartment are also very secure. It is within walking distance to Larcomar, supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation. The owner, Hugo, could not have been more accommodating. Starting from my very late arrival, to the near day long delay in my departure flight. With little notice and no hesitation, Hugo made arrangements for my husband and me to stay in a nearby apartment so we didn't have to camp out at the airport for 15 hrs. We were able to enjoy one more day comfortably. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone who wishes to stay in Miraflores. Thank you Hugo for making our stay so pleasant.

This is a great place on a quiet street

My wife and I stayed at this property for a few days in June 2015. What a great place and Hugo could not have been more accommodating. More than that, I left something VERY valuable in the safe after we checked out. I called Hugo to let him know and he gathered it and held it for me until we traveled back through Lima on our return home. Hugo's honesty and trustworthiness are a testament to his good character. You can feel safe renting this great property.

Great for many reasons!!

My husband and I stayed here for several days at the end of June. The location of the apartment is fantastic. Quiet peaceful street yet only a few blocks walk to Larcomar. Hugo was easy to work with and available if needed. My apologies for not catching the woman's name...she let us in upon our arrival and gave us a thorough and friendly tour of the apartment. Everything you need is in the apartment, a huge plus for us was the washer and dryer as we were nearing the end of our trip. We will definitely stay here again on any return trips to Lima.

Beautiful, Convenient and Safe Place in Miraflores

My wife and I arranged to stay her in January 2015. We stayed for four days/nights during week one of April 2015. Throughout our email (VRBO) conversations with Hugo (Spanish and English), we received fast, prompt replies to all of our pre-travel inquiries. We provided, in advance, our complete itineraries to Hugo for him to arrange any assistance. We arrived (by driver from Cusco) at midday during the week, and we departed late Friday evening (by driver to the airport) to return home. Senora Catalina capably assisted us when we arrived, and Hugo visited us upon our departure. It was convenient to stay in such a beautiful, modern, clean and secure apartment with onsite assistance. The remodeled living, kitchen, bath and laundry areas have modern amenities including newer appliances as well as portable fans/air conditioner, flat screen TV, and home office with Internet/WiFi, computer and printer. The southern Miraflores District (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miraflores_District,_Lima ), near the water and north of the Barranco District (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barranco_District, is very affluent and secure. Without exception, the apartments, homes and businesses here use alarm systems and employ private security companies to compliment public police. We walked around Miraflores day and night and Barranco during the day, only requiring a taxi (from the J.W. Marriott Hotel) to travel to central Lima and to the San Isidro District (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Isidro_District, Lima) for dinner. The apartment is about 4-5 blocks by foot from Larcomar Mall (http://www.larcomar.com/) which overlooks the cliffs and the beach, where we shopped (familiar stores/brands), visited the ATMs (for all worldwide banks), and ate an occasional meal here too; chain restaurants including reputable Latin names as well, like Tanta, (http://www.tantaperu.com). As well, the mall has a nice grocery store named Wong (https://www.wong.com.pe/pe/supermercado/miraflores.html ) when you tire of eating out. Miraflores has several great restaurants very close by. Central Restaurante (http://centralrestaurante.com.pe/en/) is directly across the street from the apartment. Also, we at northern Peruvian food at Fiesta Restaurante just around the corner, (http://www.restaurantfiestagourmet.com/restaurante.html). Please, take a trip to Astrid y Gastón or La Barra in San Isidro (http://www.astridygaston.com/) too. Make restaurant reservations in advance, however. Muchas Gracias, Hugo!

Great spot to stay in Miraflores!

Found Hugo on VRBO and it was very easy to schedule our time at the apartment and he is very flexible on arrival times and payment. We ended up on a bus from Paracas to Lima later at night so his flexibility on payment the next day was huge so we could just get settled in and rested up before finding an ATM or Bank. It's in a great spot in Miraflores a few steps from great restaurants - close enough to a main street to find taxis but not too close to hear any road noise. Laundry in unit was great since we'd been traveling already almost two weeks when we arrived. Coming home with all clean clothes is great! Always responsive to email, Hugo answered all questions very quickly. The apartment had everything and more for our stay plenty of space with separate bedrooms, TV room, computer, kitchen and laundry rooms along with a nice bathroom with a tall shower head. Highly recommend this as a great place to stay!!
