Cottage on Beach Side of Gulf Blvd!

Our charming Key West style 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage has almost 700 square feet and was refurbished in October 2012. Our cottage offers beautiful oak hardwood floors, a tiled kitchen and bath, a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat, a comfortable side chair, coffee and end tables in the living room, and seating for four in the dining area. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds which can be converted to a king upon request. Gulf Sounds is lushly landscaped and offers a covered patio and charcoal barbeque grill, a second floor sundeck, outside shower, and a fully fenced property that provides exceptional privacy.

What an amazing find! The location was perfect with a short drive or walk to anything we needed. The powdery white sand beach was a relaxing place to spend the day with all of the beach equipment we needed. The cottage is precious. If I could plop it down in Austin, we would buy it in a heartbeat! It’s spacious, extremely comfortable, and inviting! The clean laundry facility was a bonus when you have kids traveling with you. Overall, this was an incredible week and we truly hope to return!

The location is perfect being mere steps from the beach. We were able to walk to everything we love to do. The cottage is clean and newly appointed with great appliances and a beautiful bathroom. I would love to stay here again!

The amenities are overwhelmingly…. Everything you could need and then some. Location to beach is perfect. Very short walk. Good location. Nicely decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Half a block to the beach walkway. Grocery store about a mile away. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella provided. Really everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Everything you need and great host

Had a great time and everything we needed for a fun beach trip was available and as described. This was our 2nd stay here and it has been well maintained. Staci is very responsive to questions, we really appreciated that.

The Cottage near the beach was like an oasis. Coming back in the late afternoon from the day’s outing, it was nice to have a reserved parking place right at the cottages. Once you walk into the enclosed courtyard, the outside noise and hustle and bustle fade into the background. One is “home.” All the comforts and amenities are provided. Some small stocking items missing, were quickly provided. Short walk to the beach allowed for nice sunsets. John’s Pass close by was great for shopping for gifts. Great hosts!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

We spent 2 months in the cottage and it was wonderful! Walking distance to the beach, John's Pass, restaurants, bars and shopping. The grounds are beautiful, the rooftop deck was perfect for happy hour sunsets. The hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to any questions.

In our cottage, you will find, beautiful furnishings, bedding and linens including beach towels and blankets. All bedding, linens towels and blankets are sanitized and fresh upon your arrival.
