Less than two blocks from the heart of the downtown shopping and restaurant district, Moondance on Magnolia is a newly constructed, beautifully maintained three-bedroom, three-full-bath property.
Located within easy walking distance to historic downtown Ocean Springs and less than a mile from beautiful Front Beach, this home is perfectly situated for your vacation stay.
Filled with all the amenities you need, Moondance on Magnolia is ideal for a romantic weekend getaway or week-long family vacations.
Our beautifully decorated space features gleaming hardwood floors throughout and is loaded with all the comforts of home. The spacious open kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and custom cabinets stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of a large flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows.
There are three bedrooms: two with King beds and one with a Queen, all equipped with flat-screen Roku Smart TVs.
In the back of the home, you’ll find a large grass backward with water views, and an outdoor kitchen that has a built-in gas grill and plenty of marble counter space to prepare meals.
The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, four flat-screen TVs, and much more.
***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Moondance on Magnolia! What a great place. We loved the proximity to Government St. It was quiet and relaxing. The back patio was great. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

The host was Chris was outstanding. The house is exceptional, the location fabulous. This is the place to stay if you're visiting ocean Springs MS. Loved the entire set up!

This was absolutely beautiful! It was quiet, peaceful and so relaxing. The back deck was amazing! Shopping is nearby and the area is very nice and safe. We will definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our girls getaway! The host was also terrific. Very prompt in texting if I had a question.

Everything in Moondance on Magnolia was of great quality, great mattresses, linens throughout the house. We enjoyed sitting outside and inside in the large living area connected with the kitchen. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I've ever seen in a rental property. We were very happy, and plan another trip to Moondance on Magnolia!!

Moondance on Magnolia - Perfection
Perfect accommodations and incredible location for downtown Ocean Springs. We could not have asked for a better place to stay while attending a wedding in OS. Highly recommend this property and will definitely rebook if we are in the OS area again. Bonus - Chris was the best property manager I’ve worked with. Very responsive and provided everything we needed for an awesome stay.

House is beautiful and super clean it’s so big a has lots of space comes with a lot of amenities including separate ice machine which was perfect and different decorations are gorgeous… bedrooms are big and comfortable private bathrooms especially if you have 3 couples which we had everything was perfect just didn’t enjoy the back patio area doing a little construction to the area overall definitely worth booking

Moondance on Magnolia
We were in town for a girls weekend of shopping and dining. OS dis disappoint. The house was the best, we didn't need anything and it was decorated beautifully. The 3 bathrooms were great!

The property is as lovely and spacious in person as in the pictures, and the outdoor space was an added bonus. The house had everything we needed, my kids even made cake balls! There was plenty of off street parking for our classic car and our college kids who drove themselves. It’s an easy walk to the strip, but the house is far enough that it was quiet. The walk to the corner of Government and Washington is 3/4 miles.

Magical Moondance on Magnolia
Sisters visiting Ocean Springs for graduation and annual sisters trip . Moondance on Magnolia is the perfect location for shopping and places to eat . The beach is within watching distance. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The rental is first class ! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds very clean . Chris the host is very prompt to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this rental . We hope to return soon and stay at this beautiful home again .

Moondance on Magnolia is an absolutely gorgeous home. All the rooms are very spacious. The kitchen is beyond functional and the 85 inch TV was perfect for football games. The vibe is the home is elegant comfort! The location is excellent. If you want to drive into town, it’s a two minute drive. If you want to walk into town 12 to 16 minutes depending on your pace. The home had everything you could need and more. The ice machine in the laundry room was definitely a plus. communication with the hospitality director was fantastic. We definitely plan to make another trip and can’t wait to stay in this home again.

Moondance on Magnolia exceeded our expectations in every way! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival—the property was even better in person, and the photos truly did not do it justice. The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The house is beautiful. It was just like the pictures. It was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and the location was close to downtown. The beds comfortable, master shower so nice! We like bed the house, space, decor and cleanliness. The tv’s only offered streaming, no regular or local channels but it’s not a big deal. The house has a beautiful outdoor kitchen and porch, but unfortunately you cannot have people over to enjoy it. I would not put ashtrays everywhere.

We were pretty surprised by this 2-star review, considering the guest never mentioned a single problem before, during, or after their stay. The only thing we can think of is that the guest seemed to be angry when they called asking for the door code — we had already sent three hours earlier to him and apparently he didn’t look — so we’re guessing this review was more about that than the actual property itself, or the review was in error (which has happened often at our other properties)
For context, every other guest has rated this place a perfect 10/10 and absolutely loves it! If you’re reading this review, please check the rest — they’re a far better reflection of the experience you’ll actually have. We provide one of the best properties in Ocean Springs, I think you would love it!
