Well organized unit, set up very nicely. It was very much appreciated the extras that were available like oil, coffee, tea, shampoo and conditioner etc. Could use an update tho, especially the couches that are very saggy to sit in, but the cost was good for the shape the unit is in.

This accommodation was okay. It would have been excellent but the A/C was broken and the weather was extremely hot so the inside of the condo was unbearable. Even with 5 fans going it was not confortable especially for sleeping. I would not recommend this place for the summer months, June to September.

The room was great. We enjoyed the view of the mountains all around and it was a straight shot to Fairmont Hot Springs’ pools. If I’m ever in Canada again, I’d stay here once more! Also there’s a couple of really nice hide and seek spots for the kids. :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and we had everything we needed. The communication with the property manager was easy and they were alsways responded promptly to every questions we had

This was a last minute rental and we knew this was not a five star accommodation. However the unit was very clean, the beds really comfortable and the place was well equipped, particularly with the three flat screen tvs. Unfortunately the dining room chairs and living room sofas although showing little external wear were obviously old and not that comfortable to sit on. We knew there was no air conditioning or bbq. We brought our own bbq. Fans were not enough to keep the place cool. If the furniture was replaced, the air conditioning fixed the unit and bbq provided would be a good bargain at present list price.

This unit was properly managed by Nomatics and they did a great job of ensuring the room was well equipped, clean and easy to access and use. The unit is showing signs of age but I felt this is reflected in the price and the unit is good value for money.

The facility was very nice but needs a few updates. The refrigerator was re[placed while we were there, but the AC didn't work well, but I was informed it wasn't listed as an amenity...but it was there and the weather was very warm. The kitchen needs to be stocked with a few more cooking essential, a larger frying pan and salad bowl. The views were stunning and the residents in the building were very helpful lending us things we needed for our stay. The rug on top of the carpet must have been steam cleaned because the corners were all turned up which was a bit of a trip hazard, we did our best to try and bend them back. lol The couches look nice but are very old with no support, not very comfortable. Beds and bedding were very nice.

Avoid this property. The pictures for this place show an air conditioning unit that does not work. During our stay the unit did not get cooler than 29 C and was as hot as 32 C. We were travelling with a baby and left the first night as it was unbearable. Their check in process is a huge pain as well. There are lots of other options that I wish we would have explored.

This property is in poor condition. Table for 6 only has 5 chairs. Outside table only has 3 chairs. A bbq would have been nice. Air conditioner runs for a minute and then blows the circuit. Couches are in extremely poor repair. Microwave also blows its circuit. Tried getting someone to look at this stuff on the first night and only gotLip service. I would recommend avoiding this place.
