Libella's) features 1 queen bed + 1 queen bed in loft, a bathroom with shower, and essential amenities like WiFi, heating/ac and a full kitchen. Nestled in the woods, on a century old farm along the Loup Rivers Scenic Byway, guests can relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat. Stroll through the woods, orchards and gardens or bike the countryside . Hike nearby Hannibal Woods or sign up for a kayak adventure. Writing workshops, and creative arts classes are also available for guests. Contact us to schedule these in advance. This is the most adorable, aesthetic and charming cottage I have ever rented.The host was amazing there were so many little details that were awesome to discover.Not only will I be back but all of my friends will be ecstatic to come too!!

Beautiful quiet place in the country. Excellent communication with the host. Facilities were as advertised and everything you needed as a guest. Even some extra comfort food items in the fridge and pantry in case of emergency/weakness :-). Would definitely return and plan to.

We love this little house, we have stayed here more than once and am always very happy, the bed is very comfortable, there are always little extra's provided by the host, it is quiet and peaceful and you can visit the chickens in the morning. Has everything we need for a stay.

This stay was amazing! We came in pretty late at night and were able to get in easy and go straight to sleep. It is a very peaceful and secluded area that was very calming. The animals on the land were a great addition as well! The dog was a sweetie and loved to be pet, he also gave my boyfriend a personal escort to the house! Overall, a wondering stay and would definitely do it again!

Had a fantastic stay in the cottage. The hosts were very gracious and the property was beautiful. Lucky to meet their new pup and she was so adorable! We can’t wait to come back!

Jackie and Chris were wonderful hosts, and the cabin was cozy w every essential. The kitchen was stocked w teas and coffee and fresh farm goodies. It was really hot, then chilly and both the heat and the AC worked great. I would return again in a heartbeat!

Host answered all my questions and kept me updated on weather as there was a recent snow storm. Everything was plowed and ready. The home was cozy and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone!

This was a lovely little place to spend the night on an overnight trip, it was quiet, the "extras" included by the host were wonderful even though we weren't there long enough to utilize most of them. We would definitely consider staying here again and staying for more than one night.

A lovely well-appointed cottage about 30 minutes from the center of the great sandhill crane migration spot. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back next year!

The little cottage was so calming with its decor and so comfortable. Out in the country just off the highway made it quiet and peaceful. And the hosts left us a little gift! What more could we ask for?!?

Hosts were very friendly.The cottage was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of essentials, etc....They left us some preserves, organic teas and even some fresh eggs from their chickens. The puppy was friendly, they also have barn cats which were shy. Lots of wild birds to listen too in the morning and evening.Even though the cottage is near a scenic route, the traffic noise was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed our stay there. We chose this cottage because it is away from the crowds and in the country. It was about a 30 minute drive to the Crane viewing area.

Perfectly appointed lodging for a solo retreat, and good vibes all around. Nice shower, comfy bed, adorable kitchen. Host was super friendly. (One note for anyone like me who is super sensitive to sound: This time of year, without foliage, I noticed some vehicle sounds from the road while outside, but the cabin was quite well insulated. I doubt neurotypical folks would care.) It was so nice in every other respect that I plan to try again in summer to see the difference!

Cute Cottage in the woods

This cottage is perfect to catch up on your reading or connecting to your family. The jams that were left for us, tasted so good, thank you Jackie! We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed the games left there for us to have a game night or two. I recommend this place for soul searching and the closeness to nature.
