The house was right on the water with a really lovely outdoor space. Unfortunately due to the weather (out of the host's control) we weren't able to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Some minor issues which were corrected by the host in a timely manner.

Perfect Vacation Spot

After our previous VRBO flooded mid vacation we found ourselves stranded in Florida. We were scrambling and found this beautiful place and was able to get in next day, the hosts responded right away after making the booking which made us feel heard and honestly saved from our vacation blowing up in our face. The house was BEAUTIFUL, the location was amazing and being on the canal gave you a real taste of Florida. The interior was just like the photos, clean, inviting, modern, spacious, and beds were SO COMFY. They even provide blow up floaties for their pool which was perfectly refreshing. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t say enough great things about the hosts. So responsive and understanding. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, hassle free place to stay in Florida this is your place.

COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER

This property could be SO MUCH BETTER. NEW UMBRELLA WOULD BE REQUIRED AS THE ONE THERE IS BROKEN AND IS THE ONLY PROTECTION IN THE BACKYARD WHICH IS RATHER EMPTY AND BLAND. THE SHOWER WHICH HAS POOR TO BAD WATER PRESSURE AND BARELY ENOUGH HOT WATER AND ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE TO PUT ANY THING, NO SHELVES OR NICHES. MICROWAVE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN OUT YEARS AGO. THERES A STEP DOWN WHEN LEAVING TO EXIT TO THE BACKYARD. BE CAREFUL THERE. THE FURNITURE IS PAST ITS DUE DATE. LIKE I SAID IT COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER BUT LIKE MOST OF THE VRBO HOMES WE HAVE RENTED THEY ARE RENTALS AND ARE NEVER UP TO SPEC. SIMPLE THINGS WOULD MAKE A GREAT DIFFERENCE.AND BY THE WAY THE CUSHIONS FOR THE BACKYARD FURNITURE WERE IN THE GARAGE AND I WAS INSTRUCTED TO PUT THEM AWAY IN BAD WEATHER,IF I COULD HAVE FIGURED OUT WHICH ONES WERE THE CORRECT ONES I WOULD HAVE USED THEM, PERSONALLY I FEEL THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT OUT FOR US AND IF IT RAINED WELL THEY WOULD GET WET WHICH THEY ARE DESIGNED TO DO.THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS RESPONSIVE WHEN NEEDED.
