Reservation requirement.
• The person making the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.

Other things to note

No pets. Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will be charged $100 per day plus additional cleaning charges. Service animals are allowed as required by law, subject to our policies.

Pool heating. Pool heat is available seasonally for $50 per day and only when outdoor temperatures allow. The heater performs best when daytime highs are above 70°F. When highs fall below 60°F, the pool cannot maintain temperature and pool heat is not offered. That's when it's hot tub season! The hot tub is always available and guest controlled at no additional cost.

No smoking. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home and in its immediate surroundings.

No parties or events. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. No parties or events are allowed.

Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Parking. For your safety, please park in the garage when possible. Garage door openers are provided.

Trash. Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. If you have additional trash, a city trash bin is located in the alley.
