- 4 bedrooms: Primary, Jr. Suite, Queen Room, and Bunkbed Room
- All bedrooms include LED Smart TVs
- Primary bedroom features a workstation, coffee station, and private bathroom
- Jr. Suite includes a cozy sitting area, water kettle, and tea set for a relaxing stay

Kitchen:
- Fully stocked for preparing full multi-course meals
- Keurig coffee machine with pods included
- All kitchenware, utensils, and spice rack provided
- Bar area with a professional mixing kit and record player for added ambiance

** Note: From the kitchen, you can view the dining area, as well as the family room, so you can keep an eye on the kids. We have a foldable pack & play, as well as a foldable high chair. We have floaties for the pool, as an added safety feature.

HOUSE RULES:
These rules are in place to help us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests.

- Outdoor security cameras are in place in all angles for guest and property safety.
- STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS policy in the property. Guests will be asked to leave with NO REFUND if there are unannounced guests on property.
- No smoking indoors. A $500 fee will apply if the home smells like smoke after checkout.
- Quiet hours start at 10 PM. A warning will be issued if noise exceeds acceptable levels. A $250 fine applies to repeat violations, and continued disturbances may result in cancellation without refund.
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. By confirming this booking, guests accept full responsibility and liability for any injuries or accidents, including serious harm or death, that may occur during their stay.
- Pool can be heated upon request (24 hrs. ahead of time). Due to high gas usage, it’s $100/day to heat the pool. The pool and spa are connected and can not be heated separately.
- Do not touch pool equipment for any reason!
