Beautiful property and excellent host. Everything was perfect. Would be a great house for a family reunion. Especially with the ping pong table and XBox setup in the walkout basement. We only had 3 adults but enjoyed our stay. The screened back porch is great in the mornings with your cup of coffee. Several deer loitering in the yard were nice. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing!

I can't say enough about how amazing this home was for my family. We essentially had a family reunion and it couldn't have been more perfect. Not to mention the extra touchs the host had for them when they arrived. Highly recommend if you are coming out to Rineyville for any reason and need a place! You cant beat what you get for the price!

Our new KY country vacation home!

Absolutely perfect stay! The house was spotless, super spacious, and had everything we needed—and then some. The kids loved playing ping pong downstairs while we relaxed upstairs, and it was such a thoughtful touch to find some essential groceries already stocked for us when we arrived. It felt like staying at a friend’s place, not just a rental. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We hope to make this our go-to place while visiting family in Kentucky!

Felt Like Home!

The Home Spot! was perfect for my husband & I, our daughter, her husband, & sweet children. We appreciate the highchair! The safe, private location with plenty of yard to run around on was just what the kids needed. There were 3 deer in the yard when we pulled in. It was so clean & clutter-free yet had everything we needed. The first morning breakfast, the basket of snacks, & the coffee were extra nice! The screened-in back deck was put to good use with all the beautiful weather we had. I highly recommended this home.

We had a great stay! The house was well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the quiet patio in the morning. The breakfast ingredients the first day and waters were a very nice touch. Communication with host was excellent. We would (and likely will) stay here again.
