Indulge in a fabulous stay at this 4-bedroom apartment in Paris (3rd floor, elevator). With 1 queen bed and 3 full beds, this cozy retreat offers a wonderful space for guests to unwind. The 2530 square foot apartment (235 sq meter) is located on the Rue di Rivoli, across from the Tuileries Garden in a refurbished 19th century building. Enjoy a variety of landmarks and French history in Quartier de la Place-Vendome!

It's the essence of the heart of the 'City of Light', On the corner of the famous 'Place de la Concorde', and close to the 'Champs Elysees'. Easy access to Metro Concorde line #1 (at the foot at the building). One minute to the 'Rue Royale' and the 'Rue Saint Honore', the apartment faces the 'Tuileries garden' (the “Central Park” of Paris) and is within walking distance to the 'Musee d'Orsay'. A 10-minute walk to the 'Seine River'. A 15-minute walk to the Louvre Museum. Ten minutes from the 'Place Vendome' in the high-fashion district, home of the most prestigious jewelry stores in the world (Van Cleef and Arpel, Maubusson, Cartier, Rolex, Patek Philipp, etc...) and the 'Ritz Hotel'. It's easy to walk or catch the Metro to anything you could possibly want to see in Paris!

This was a fabulous central location just off of Place de Concorde and across the street from the Jeu de Paume,with a view of the Eifel Tower from six of the windows. The Seine, museums, shops, restaurants, and major attractions were all within easy walking distance. The apartment layout was a bit confusing at first with many interconnecting doors between rooms but how to circumnavigate the apartment was quickly learned. The host Jean-Pierre was great with quick responses to our questions and also accommodated our early check-in request.The apartment itself was clean, airy, and well-appointed and made for an authentic Parisian apartment experience. It could be accessed by two doors, the main entrance from the staircase, and a back entrance with a second staircase and small elevator very handy for bringing up luggage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Our contact was easily reachable when we arrived to help guide us in. Elevator is typical European elevator, good for helping you get bags up. We were a family of 6 and had everything we needed. Kitchen is well setup with a good size fridge. Enough shower towels for everyone. View phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located. It offers plenty of space and stunning views, and staying here felt like stepping into a piece of Paris—almost like being inside a museum.At the same time, the kitchen and bathrooms are roomy, clean, and updated, creating the perfect balance of classic charm and contemporary comfort.The location couldn’t be better, with a Metro station and taxis very close by, yet it remains surprisingly quiet for such a central spot. One of our favorite parts of the stay was ending each day with a glass of wine in this grand Parisian residence, watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle through the stunning French doors—it truly felt like we were still immersed in the magic of the city while winding down in our own space for the night.

Spectacular quaint setting in an amazing location. Truly a Parisian experience. Keep in mind that the appreciation of this property comes with the antique and historical vibe it sets, but it was special. It is a very large space and the amenities are a bit dated but more than adequate. Although there are 2 showers, there is only 1 that is essentially enclosed. We took lots of family photos and it created a memorable visit. Location was great with lots of shopping, sites and restaurants in a very short walk. Nothing like having the Eiffel Tower right outside of your window.

The apartment is very big, beautiful, full of art and history. It is old but has a touch of France in it. The views to the Eiffel Tower is wonderful and enchanting. Location is just great, walk-able to the mos important places in Paris. Includes full kitchen, a separate laundry room. The elevator is very small and unpleasant, so the main entrance with stairs are more usable.

This appartment is an amazing opportunity for a once-in-a-lifetime chance to stay in a classic building with a dream location.The location is fantastic for visiting many of the major sites: Place de la Concorde, Tuileries Gardens, Louvre, Orsay, Champs-Élysées, Grand Palais, Arc de Triomphe are all either right there by the appartment, or within walking distance. The Concorde métro station is right across the street.There's a good view of the Eiffel Tower, too, so you can lean out the windows to watch the light show after dark.Jean-Pierre and Natalia are very responsive and address any questions/problems quickly.The space itself is charming, with all the delightful quirks of an early 19th-century Parisian appartment.A few things to be aware of: Only 1 room has any way to hang clothes; if you're not in that 1 room then you'll just have to drape items over a chair. One of the bathrooms is en suite, the other isn't.We were there during a heatwave, and although the apartment stayed cool enough, all the beds had only a duvet, with no simple sheets, so sleeping could be a bit warm. There are also only transparent lace curtains on all of the windows, even for the bedrooms. There are shutters for privacy; Natalia came and showed us how to close them because they can be tricky.

A beautiful, 19 th century gem filled with history and classic French furniture. I enjoyed playing Debussy on the grand piano. Excellent location and amazing views of the Eiffel Tower. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

Excellent location in Paris central to everything, huge apartment thoughtfully stocked and laid out. Extras like power convertors strewn about are very thoughtful.We had 6 people and were not crowded in the least.
