The accommodations were excellent! The host provided excellent instruction on how things worked on the property! The warm welcoming and very clean! I will definitely stay there again next time I am in Fort Lauderdale/Miami.

Wonderful back yard in the Riverland Village neighborhood. Great access to airport and Ft. Lauderdale beach area and Las Olas Blvd. restaurants/stores. Everything was as advertised and the pool and landscaped backyard was the best for early-morning sun time.

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful place. We enjoyed the backyard and the pool, immensely, I spent lots of time in the hammock. The kitchen was the perfect size, we cooked breakfast and dinner every day. The master bedroom was perfect for our needs. The house was exactly what we needed, we will be back. I highly recommend this property

Very clean and comfortable home. Neighborhood was quiet. Easy access to and from FLL. Would definitely stay here again. Host communications were excellent.

Enjoyed a comfortable house with pool all to ourselves. A much better experience than a tiny room in a noisy, crowded hotel. Everything as described with excellent and accommodating host.

Perfect place

This rental was all we needed. Good location, comfy beds, nice back yard and very welcoming host. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Beautiful home. Just as described and portrayed in the pictures. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed with a surprisingly good selection of spices. The pool is very nice. Be advised that the backyard lighting is on a timer and shuts off around 10:30 PM. This is to discourage late night noisy activity. The host was very responsive. Some yard workers came by on the third day of our stay and cut into our swim time for about an hour - a minor inconvenience. We were instructed to leave by 10 AM as opposed to 10:30 as listed - again, a minor inconvenience. We inadvertently left a couple of articles of clothing hanging on the bathroom door and the host contacted us immediately so we were able to come back and retrieve them. He could have just thrown them away - I thought that was kind. All in all, a very pleasant 4 night stay. Would definitely book again!

We had a lovely relaxing stay. It is close to the airport and the other areas of Ft. Lauderdale that we visited. The neighborhood was quiet. Aside from having the expected items (dining items, pots and pans, towels and bedding) there were pool supplies and other things that you might need and have forgotten, like plastic baggies, tea bags, and Band-Aids. The door lock battery died while we were there and I messaged Peter, who called me within 5 minutes to arrange a time to come and fix it and also make sure that it was not causing us problems with our plan for the day. The house is perfect for a family and we had a wonderful time seeing Ft. Lauderdale and being able to go back to the house and relax in the backyard and swim in the pool just made it even better.

Peter was great. I hope this comes out as five stars because my phone would not let me pan over to the fifth star, everything was clean and we had a great time, we rented this place for a concert! A friend’s birthday, and the whole thing was great a few things that I might mention: there’s no cutting boards… if you’re making dinner make sure to bring one, you have to ask Peter for the password for the television, also when we walked in, there was a beeping noise coming from the Siding door. If you hear it it’s not the fire alarm. It’s the pool sensor turn it off or reset it! It’s in case you have kids and they get up in the middle of the night and get in the pool. About 15 minutes from the Hollywood hard rock and about five minutes to mini Publix. Kitchen was stocked with everything else we needed, which was great. Peter was very responsive if you need anything. Although we couldn’t find any firewood, I would caution doing a fire in the fire pit because there is a lightbulb that is right over the fire pit and the last person who had a fire burnt it and it is melted if it gets scorched again, it might take out the whole string of lights. Cell safety would probably be don’t build a raging fire!
