Excellent Stay

The house was amazing. Very nice neighborhood. Close to the strip. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

The floors of the downstairs rooms needed to be rinsed better after scrubbing, the children's feet were quite dirty after going bare foot, the pool water was cold and there was evidence of petty vandalism. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. The parking was good, the view excellent and furnishings very good.

We had no problems. Beautiful property with an amazing view of the lake! Had a small issue with 1 tv, let management know and they sent someone within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this rental!

Great property, great location

This rental was wonderful. It was clean, the amenities were great and we enjoyed that the location was close to everything. Property manager was way to get in touch with if we needed anything or had any questions

Perfect floor plan

We had a great stay! The floor plan worked great as the kids were able to all be upstairs and us adults downstairs. The view was very beautiful as well. This probably is highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Perfect for our stay!

Very spacious, with room for everyone. The kitchen is stocked acceptably- knives were terrible and some of the kitchen utensils were sparse, but we were able to make it work to cook a few of our meals at the VRBO. When we had concerns or questions, the management company was quick to respond. Great location, would recommend to anyone!

Host and maintemance crew were great. The house was fine. It needed more kitchen supplies loke cookware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, bigger skillets, and containers. Hot tub was great. Minor repairs needed. Cobwebs and dust needed attention. Beds were a bit firm and pillows needed replaced. Dishwasher had to be fixed and it was handled quickly, but the bottom rack was the wrong kind fornthat machine. Needed more dish towels and cleaning rags. Bathrooms were great, lived the showers. Overall, great location and view.

We chose this property expecting a quality vacation home based on the listing and the price. While the location and views were excellent, our overall experience was extremely disappointing.The home had numerous issues that significantly impacted our stay. The freezer never worked properly, resulting in spoiled groceries. We also encountered plumbing problems, several non-functioning electrical outlets, buckled flooring, a dishwasher door seal that had to be manually repositioned after every use, and bedrooms with little to no clothing storage. The home also was not cleaned to the standard we expected upon arrival.We reported these issues during our stay, but most were never resolved. After returning home, we provided photos and documentation and requested a reasonable partial refund. Our request was denied.One of the most concerning issues occurred before our arrival when an optional change was added to our reservation and my credit card was charged without my authorization. Although I immediately disputed the charge, the matter was not resolved.We understand that maintenance issues can happen in any rental property. What disappointed us most was the lack of accountability and customer service when these issues were brought to the company’s attention. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this property.

Nice & spacious but needs deep cleaning

Pros: The property is spacious & in a great area with beautiful views. It is also not far from main attractions. Cons: It really needed to be cleaned. Dog hair everywhere. It was on the sheets, comforters, extra covers & floors. A sink was stopped up & they did come & fix it. They said they would come clean when they fixed the sink but it did not get cleaned. Stains on furniture.

50th Anniversary Family Celebration

The house was very nice, 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom/shower and ceiling fan. Several kitchen items didn't work, such as hand mixer, blender and crockpot. If you are particular about your pillows, bring your own. Our refrigerator made a loud noise the last 2 days, thought someone was coming out to look at it on Thursday, but when we left on Friday it quit making the noise. It would be nice if someone would turn on the ice maker prior to the renters arrival. Nice that you are so close to Branson and the lake. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves and had a great time!!!
