Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and the wildlife around the pond. To clarify, the listing specifies that air conditioning is provided by two portable AC units, though we understand your concern about cooling the bedrooms. Of course, the area's average temperature is in the low 70s and many, many homes have no AC, so we generally don't find that AC is needed at all, but we understand that everyone has different needs and that's why we are very careful in disclosing what type of Air Conditioning may/may not be available in each home we manage. We’re sorry the kitchen supplies, noisy downstairs bathroom fan, and musty basement affected your enjoyment of the home, particularly the pool table. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so we can address them.
