Sleeping Arrangements:
Single-level home accommodating up to 9 guests
- Primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, spacious closets, desk, TV, and ensuite full bathroom
- Second bedroom includes one queen bed and one twin bed, plus closet storage
- Third bedroom offers one twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, TV, and closet
- Second full bathroom is conveniently located just steps away from the additional bedrooms
Extra pillows and blankets provided for added comfort and restful nights

The home includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. An exterior security camera is positioned at the front entrance. Entry is secure and simple with a smart lock and keypad.

🏊 Pool Heat — Optional:
The pool can be heated for an additional fee between October 15 and May 15.
When purchased, we heat the pool to approximately 82–85°F. Pool heat is $75 per day and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay; the checkout day is not charged.
Please request and pay for pool heat at least 48 hours prior to arrival so we have enough time to get the water warm and ready for you.

• Early Check-In: Want to start your vacation early? We offer early check-in for a flat fee of $145, based on availability. Please reach out if you’re interested and we’ll confirm if early access is possible for your stay.
