There is also an outdoor cinema and kids' play area where children can have fun and spend quality time with you. On the first floor, a majestic pool awaits you. A spacious gym is equipped with treadmills, rowing machines, training benches, stationary bicycles, barbell sets, and several other accessories.
The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept. It has a comfortable sofa bed for additional sleeping space, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The space features floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a 50m² furnished balcony, offering a perfect relaxing spot.
The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
