We stayed her with four generations, ages 5-80. We came to do geocaching in Gilby and this was the perfect launchpad for that adventure. Great amenities - toys for the youngster. Cozy. Two bedrooms and first floor without stairs and upstairs very comfy with two beds.

Great place for families. The home was clean, comfortable, and very kid-friendly. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book again!

Very comfortable accommodations and if it wasnt -5 below we could have walked to great restaurants, shopping and a short jaunt to UND. The house was clean and well equipped- perfect for our group.

We had a great weekend visiting my daughter to celebrate her 21st birthday! It was great to have a place to gather rather than trying to shove into an apartment or hotel. The space was great@

Perfect for our family reunion folks

This house may look small from the outside but it is actually a lovely space and wonderfully appointed. When we entered we collectively said, Oh Yay!! This is great! The beds are comfy and we had all we needed. It's also an easy walk to town which is great!

Grand Forks Working Stay

The house was accurately listed. The beds were extremely comfortable and accommodated the five of us well. It is conveniently located with only a few minutes drive to the grocery and downtown area.The provisions (towels, toiletries, etc) were plentiful and thoughtful.All in all, it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for our work crew.

The inside of the house was ok but the outside was all dirt, no place to sit, bad neighborhood. Speedway close by so you would hear that at night. Neighbors dogs barked non stop. My husband was outside and two black men in a car drive by and stuck his hand out the window and pretended he was using a gun and went bang bang at my husband.

Thanks for the feedback Kim, we try to be as transparent as possible with our pictures of the outside of the house so I'm confused why you didn't know there wasn't a sitting area outside before booking. We haven't had any of the issues you mentioned in your review in any of our previous 100 stays at our home so that's surprising to hear as well. I hope you filed a police report as well, since letting us know what the skin color of the men was isn't additive to the feedback of our home whatsoever. Thanks for staying!

The house worked well for us. We needed a place for the wedding party to dress and prepare for the day. This location worked so well, and was close to our venue. was spacious enough to be able to get ready. the only negative comment would be the small step leading to the back bedroom is a tripping hazard .

We love the convenient location for those looking to enjoy downtown Grand Forks, concerts, or hockey games. It’s also easy to get to the University or across the river to East Grand Forks. We love the size of the home for hosting a large group. It’s not overly big but has a great spacious flow to fit as many as 8 people in there without feeling crowded.
