We have now lived in Denver 15 years and absolutely love the city and all it has to offer. Hungry? We have everything from street food to Michelin Star dining all within a 3 mile radius. Working downtown or at one of the many nearby hospitals? Ready to hit the mountains for some incredible outdoor fun? Denver has super easy access via Colfax Avenue, I-25, I-70, the RTD W Line AND the A Line to Denver International Airport.
We love global travel and have stayed at numerous VRBO and Airbnb homes in many different countries! Ultimately, we thought why not do the same and provide travelers with a comfortable, secure and centrally located option for the duration of their stay!

We chose to purchase in this neighborhood for a variety of reasons. Incredible food options. Easy access to major roadways and highways, and the RTD light rail W Line. Major retailers and grocery stores (Whole Foods, King Soopers, Sprouts). A two block walk to the Alamo Drafthouse Movie Theater and the Little Man Ice Cream factory. And above all else the easy access to beautiful Sloan's Lake Park!
