Alberto has a great spot in an awesome neighborhood. Fishtown is great and the spot is walkable to just about anything. If not, a quick Uber/Lyft ride. Perfect spot for 1-2 people. Very quiet and quaint. I would definitely stay here again. Cheers to Alberto and Philly.

Responsive host, attentive to all concerns even bringing over a separate dryer when the one in the room did not work, which was not needed at all but was highly appreciated. Great location and neatly decorated and well stocked

Property was great - exactly what we needed which was a great location and somewhere to sleep. Had an outdoor space and access to washer/dryer (which turned out to be super helpful after spilling dinner all over myself). The location was wonderful - walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and more. The host was super helpful and communicative. We'll definitely stay here again

I stayed with my partner and two dogs. We really liked the location and the nearby parks were convenient. I messaged the owner a few times about logistics and check out and they were very responsive!

Great Philly Weekend

a lovely, cozy space in a great neighborhood -- coffee & donuts nearby, bars, restaurants, unique shops -- great for just wandering around. My kind of place.

Super cute little flat in a nice neighborhood in Fishtown! Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, breakfast spots, thrift stores, cool shops, and The Fillmore where we were seeing a show! Small but extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need! Easy booking process and good communication with the host.

Fishtown!

Last min stay w my dog. Awesome town. Nice little patio, location in middle of town w plenty to like for a dog lover. Excellent communication w host. Uber around town was easy and cheap, also train within walking distance. Would def recommend!

I really, really can't say enough good things about our stay in Fishtown! We came up to see a concert at the Filmore and fell in LOVE with the area and this delightful little space! Alberto was the BEST host, kind, professional and a delight to correspond with. He bent over backwards to make sure our one night was memorable. A We can't wait to come back for a longer stay and will definitly be staying here! Thanks so much Alberto for making our stay so wonderful! :)

A wonderful little studio is Fishtown

This space is a simple but highly efficient rental in Fishtown, surrounded by incredible restaurants and cultural spots. I appreciated how the studio took full advantage of all nooks and crannies for storage.We had an infant with us, and while I wouldn't say the space is kid-friendly, we were able to make it work. I would stay there again!

The host only provided check in instructions after check in, the place was not fully clean and very small. Bedding made me itchy. The host was also pretty unprofessional.

We are surprised by this feedback, as you chose to stay for an entire week without mentioning any issues. We take cleanliness seriously, but it is difficult to address concerns that aren't reported during the stay. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find an undisclosed dog was brought into the home to avoid pet fees, and significant pet waste was left across the patio for our cleaners. We pride ourselves on being great hosts, but we cannot recommend this guest to others.

Convenient and comfortable!

Kudos to Alberto (property manager) for being a great communicator. All the directions were clear and easy to follow. We had a minor maintenance issue and he called us within 5 minutes to resolve it. 10/10 - would happily return!

There was music and bass blasting til idk what time. Parking? Yeah nope good luck getting it anywhere. Did not feel like it was clean, kinda crummy. But host was pleasant and helpful. I ended up checking out and getting another place!

Coming into Philly proper hot on a very very busy Saturday night and expecting parking? We told Amanda parking would be difficult and to call me if she needed help. No call, even though we saved her a great parking spot in case. Never alerted us about the music, we can't help if you don't ask. All our other reviews are the exact opposite.

This was a great place to stay. I was alone, but my wife being there would not have made a difference. Downtown was easily accessible by train. The patio was wonderful (but the humidity was not the property's fault). The temperature was great. If I ever have to go back to Philly, this will be my first look.

Place was def cozy… response time was great Al answeredAll my questions I even had a hiccup on how to lock the door, thought something was wrong and Al came by to look at it within a half hr 1 hr. There was some water bugs out back at night which made being outside with a fire a bit uncomfortable. I had to go back inside I was too much on guard. There wasn’t a stove and a bbq grill. which was a bit disappointing. But there was many small appliances and a hot plate. I made it work. It wasn’t terrible. Just a bit inconvenient. Over the place was clean nice. Looks just like the pictures. A real chill spot.
