The home is in an excellent area! Close to many restaurants, shops, the interstate, yet in a nice housing area. Very family friendly.
I would say for the next person the host not only needs to give the code to check-in but how to lock the door when you leave. I had to go through the company for them to reach them because they did not respond to messages.
There were plenty of towels but No washcloths. We paid the cleaning fees but we still had to strip the beds take out all trash and turn on the dishwasher. Other than that, the stay was great!

This air conditioned, 5 bedroom, spacious house, that is in a quiet neighborhood, has a lot of potential. Unfortunately the house was not clean when we arrived. The bathroom toilets were dirty along with the kitchen stove and refrigerator. The host said that the cleaning person had an emergency when he asked us to finish the laundry. There were bed sheets, blankets, towels and wash cloths that we washed, folded, and left on the couch in the upstairs hallway. I sent the host pictures of the filth. The cleaning lady returned the following day and cleaned what she could. One of the drawers in the refrigerator had something in it that we could not remove. There were no large bowls for food preparation and the eating utensils looked like those that children play with. Even though it sleeps 8, the kitchen table only seats 4 and there are no stools at the counter. The downstairs bathroom needed some cosmetic work and the shower door was a challenge to slide.Only the master bedroom had a dresser and mirror. We had some trouble with the electronic door lock but the host did send someone to help us. However, we kept getting a warning that the battery was low. As I stated earlier, this house has a lot of potential. I would not recommend it for seniors who might need grab bars in the bathrooms. The house provides the basics.

The rental was fantastic. The home was located in a beautiful neighborhood, and was nicely furnished. The kitchen and dining area was nice but needed some upgrades I.e. there were no cutlery, there was not 1 knife anywhere in the house, also there were no serving bowls are any other type of bowls. The flat ware was so small it all seemed like it was made for infants. If these problems were corrected I would give this booking a 5 star rating.

When we arrived the property was missing numerous amenities that were listed in the property listing - toilet paper, top/flat sheets on all the beds, hair dryers to name few. Also no welcome guide with w1f1, tv and other area information. It took multiple times asking for some of these items accompanied by lots of excuses!
