You`ll have the entire townhouse. Downstairs is a master bedroom with full bathroom in the master.

1/2 bathroom downstairs as well with the washer/dryer, kitchen and living room.

On the 2nd floor upstairs, you have a full bathroom with shower/tub. 2 bedrooms are upstairs.
Pet Policy:

• Pets are not allowed to stay on the patio or anywhere outside on the property unattended.

• No eating or pottying on the patio or front door as this attracts pests. Extra cleaning will result in additional charges billed back to guest beyond standard cleaning fees.

• Report any accidents inside the home immediately so we can address stains promptly. Extra charges will be billed back to the guest for pet related damage or deep cleaning.

• Dogs must be leashed at all times on the property

You might be asked to leave or pay additional fees for not following these rules, depending on the situation.
