We did provide immediate access to a fresh propane tank, and while the pond is stocked, we can’t always guarantee the fish will bite. We’ve also treated the property for ticks and will continue doing so to keep guest comfort a priority.

We’re sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced—just to clarify, the TV does work, but it looked like the batteries in the remote just weren’t pushed in all the way. We also do have 4 adult life jackets and 2 child-sized ones available for guests to use with the pond activities. We appreciate your comments and will continue to improve where we can.
