Seminole Shores is located in the prime fishing and duck hunting area of Lake Seminole. It is minutes from Sealy's Landing, Sealy's Islands, Spring Creek and the Flats.

This Waterfront home is completely remodeled, new stainless steel appliances, furniture, flooring, bedding, etc. There is a dining table to hold eight and bar stools for the kids. An open floor plan with two sitting areas, with satellite TV and High Speed WIFI if you need to keep up with internet. Everything is clean and new. A super large covered dock was built with a boat slip and electric boat lift, there is electricity to the dock to charge your boat. A large covered area for fishing and relaxing, there is even a wire fish holding basket, a swing and a hammock. So kick back, relax and enjoy the sunset. Remember NO swimming off the dock.... there are alligators in Lake Seminole. We have fishing guides available to pick you up at our very nice dock and take you for a day of the best bass or crappie fishing on Lake Seminole. This home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath beauty. It sleeps up to 5 and has a sun-room with wonderful views of the Lake. Satellite TV and WiFi internet is provided. This is the perfect home for a quick get-a-way or a fishing or hunting adventure. I have a list of guides who will pick you up at my dock.

Updates include all new furnishing, new plush mattress and bedding, all new stainless steel appliances in fully equipped kitchen, and new gas grill to name a few. There is a dining table and lots of chairs outside to enjoy the view of Lake Seminole.

Seminole State Park is only 4 Miles away, where there is a beach, playground, canoes to rent, recreational facilities and great hiking trails. See MAP in Links section. Nearby are restaurants, bait and tackle stores and a great meat market, with the best steaks and sausage.

The amenities are excellent and the view from the lakehouse are incredible. The covered dock has a swing to catch the sunsets and the beautiful birds in our area. Keep your eyes open, you will see Osprey and Eagles.

Wonderful area to relax, we fished, explored a bit- I suggest going to Donalsonville and checking out the shops and juice bar- Bainbridge was great with different restaurants and shops. We definitely were able to unwind and recharge

Quick Getaway

Perfect property to facilitate peace and tranquility. The house was exceptionally clean, the dock was perfect for fishing. We managed to catch a dozen or so fish even during off season. Very relaxing and we will definitely come back. Only thing we didn’t like, was having to pack up and go back home. Can’t wait to go back!

Tranquility

The best relaxing vacation we have had long time. My husband was truly in heaven fishing off the dock whenever he wanted. The tranquility of the lake, the peace and quiet of the area was amazing. Regina Gosserr was a pleasure to work with during the process. Her communication was excellent. I would recomend this property to everyone.

Just what was needed

My family was evacuating due to a hurricane and rented this property for a few days. It was perfect for us and the property is beautiful and helped distract us from what was going on at home. Having the lake right out back was amazing and we all loved being able to fish from the dock. When our few days were over Regina was amazing at assisting us to find another rental since her place was booked and we couldn’t go back home yet. This was above and beyond what she had to do and we appreciated her help so much. Hoping to come back again sometime for a fun family trip.

Old folks.

Great location; quiet neighborhood. Elderly husband with physical problems did not like the steps to enter the house, but the house was very nice. Loved the kitchen layout. Ad for dock needs to note a slight hill to reach the dock.

Seminole Lake

Just as a note the starter on the gas grill doesn’t work so we had to start it manually. Could be a little dangerous for those less experienced with this. We had a great stay. Pretty much everything we needed was available.

Relaxing Getaway

Long overdue

Great location as advertised. Can’t beat the view enjoyed through giant picture windows covering entire back of house. Bunk beds could use a pillow topper or something for a bit more comfort. Master bed was comfy and great sheets. Plenty of places to sit comfortably both inside and out. Also nice options to play games that were provided. Great dock and nice helpful Nextdoor neighbors. We would definitely return and if so, hopefully catch more fish.

Perfect house for a fishing get away

The house was perfect for our stay. Got away for some fishing time with my 10 year old son. We fished off the dock, explored the area, and went our on a guided fishing trip. Communication with Regina was quick and we had everything we needed for some time away and father-son bonding. Will definitely be back!

Bass Tournament

We were in Bainbridge for a Bass Tournament and stayed at this property. The house is very cozy and clean. Beautiful view overlooking the lake from the house. Our own personal dock on the lake was an added plus! An overall great experience!!

Very comfortable

The boat house and property were great. There a large number of submerged tree stumps between the boat house and the open water. A fiberglass bowrider type boat would not be possible. Flat bottom or possibly bass boat only. There is a small, narrow channel to the open water to the right as you leave the dock. Still need to watch for several stumps. Idle speed only. Overall nice place to spend a little down-time
