Traditional Tuscan farmhouse with stunning views

This beautiful farmhouse has been split into two different areas; the upper floor (accessible by a short stair case) is where you will be staying. The ground floor of the farmhouse (also a vacation rental) has completely separate entrance and separate and opposite outdoor space. Belvedere (lit: beautiful view) is situated on a hilltop with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside with vineyards and olive trees in the immediate vicinity and mountain / forest views in the distance. It’s near enough for ready access to Siena (only 10 minutes drive) yet remote enough for you to enjoy your piece of Tuscan tranquility.
Traditional Tuscan architecture, characterized by terracotta floors & exposed wooden beams is common throughout, including the three spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. A dining table that seats 8 will be the centre of some great feasts and memories or you can choose to eat around the more cosy kitchen table. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, glassware & ceramics, enabling you to cook up your own meals if you so desire.
Come and enjoy the 'Dolce far niente' - the sweetness of doing nothing by grabbing a book, cooking up a meal & playing some chess or cards. Alternatively use this as a base for countless day trips to explore Tuscany & beyond.

Beautiful Tuscan farmhouse in Siena

This farmhouse was beautifully decorated and very well-appointed with all the amenities we needed for our stay in Siena. The views were spectacular and the property lovely for sitting outside sipping wine and enjoying our time with family. It was quiet and very clean. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Awesome stay in Tuscany

If you are going to Siena and Tuscany, this property is an amazing place to stay. Beautiful house surrounded by beautiful views of the countryside. It has everything you need for your stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful. And don’t forget to have Kati prepare a meal for you as an option they provide. It was wonderful. We had an amazing time and are taking away even more amazing memories of this property and our time in Tuscany.

Under the Tuscan Sun

This is a beautiful place with amazing views. Lots of room for ourselves and our adult children. It was a nice retreat Just wish we could have stayed longer to really relax. We opted for the pizza part with Kati. Kati was lovely and her pizza was amazing. Thank you!

Fantastic farmhouse

We absolutely loved staying at Belvedere! It’s beautiful with stunning views from every window! Our welcome dinner of a pizza party with Kati was so much fun and delicious! The location is perfect- just outside of Siena. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Great family vacation in Tuscany

Belvedere was clean and very comfortable. Farmhouse in the middle of nature offering good WiFi and lots of amenities in a vintage settings.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely fabulous, beautiful property with beautiful views of Tuscany. Very comfortable accommodations for a family of 5. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place for anyone.

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Tuscany

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location and scenery were fantastic and the home itself was very nice. The host was great and everything was as communicated to us before our stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you are wanting to visit this part of Italy.

Beautiful Tuscan Farmhouse

This is a very special house - we couldn't have been happier with it! Communication with the host was great, the house is a step into another, beautiful life. There are views of the Tuscan hills and Siena and cozy beds to sleep in. Can't wait to return!

Lovely stone farmhouse outside Siena

Large, comfortable apartment in the country a few kilometers from Siena. Works best for those with a car. The welcome dinner was great.

Tuscany farmhouse

6 of us stayed at the farmhouse. We used it as a base to enjoy the many cities in Tuscany. We even had Kati cook us a wonderful 4 course meal on our last night. We also used a guide suggested by Carola. Pia was great. She gave us a 4 hr tour of Siena and an all day wine tour of 3 wineries. If we ever come back to Tuscany, we will rent teh farmhouse again. Thanks Carola and Adam for your hospitality. Sorry about setting off the alarm. Note to self, read all of the directions. LOL. Thanks, Steve, Cathy, Mark, Alana, Steve, and Val.

Beautiful countryside

My family loved visiting the Italian countryside and enjoyed Belevedere. It was perfect for the 6 of us. We especially enjoyed the in room dinner by Cathy as well as pasta making with Cathy and her sons—it was so much fun.

Tuscan Treasure

An amazing Tuscan farmhouse overlooking stunning views. Perfect for our family of five exploring the towns and sights of Tuscany. We even did two day trips to Florence and the drive is only an hour. This is a great location close to a very cool hill town of Siena. Everything about the place is special. Was a great place to introduce our kids to Tuscany. Would stay again for sure!

This is the perfect Tuscany property. We were surrounded by the beautiful countryside in an authentic farmhouse. Our hosts made sure every need was beyond met. The pizza party was delicious and so special. Perfection!

wonderful place!

the true Tuscan experience. Every window you look out has a view that looks like a famous painting of Tuscany. Pia who lives below is great to deal with and does a good tour, well worth the money. And sign up for welcome dinner--Kathi is a great cook and wonderful person. This was our 3rd visit to Belvedere and can't wait to return!

Beautiful Country Villa

We stayed 3 nights along with another couple and had a wonderful time. The renovated farmhouse in such a peaceful setting was perfect - close to Siena and other sights, but removed enough for a wonderful Tuscan country experience. The owners, Carola and Adam, were great to work with and very helpful. Don't miss out on a absolutely delicious Welcome - or Farewell - dinner served at the villa. We would love to return again in the future!

Stunning location

It was a dreamy house with amazing views. The kitchen was well stocked, and the family-sized dining table was perfect for our meals. The only drawback was that we arrived in late June and the weather was hot. The house was a bit hard to cool down, but we took a vote and would 100% stay again even without AC. The location and property were just amazing! It was also an easy, short drive to Siena. Highly recommended!

Peaceful Tuscany

We loved the Belvedere. It was so beautiful, comfortable and homey. The location is rural, but only 3 or 4 km from Sienna. The property and neighborhood are filled with olive grapes, grape vines, cypress trees and open fields. The house was perfect for the six of us. We could make breakfast in the morning and sit together outside, in the dining area and the living room. The hosts were responsive and the neighbors friendly. The personal chef, Katy, is amazing. She made wonderful Tuscan 4 course dinners for our first and last nights. I highly recommend the Belvedere, we hope to go again soon.

A Little Bit of Heaven in Tuscany

This charming villa near Siena was the perfect setting for our long-awaited return to Tuscany. Every morning we awoke to beautiful views of the countryside with small villages dotting the landscape, pheasants roaming the adjacent olive grove and the gorgeous blue sky. Although the kitchen may look small in the pictures, it was perfectly adequate for prepping meals and includes a convenient dishwasher. Owners Carola & Adam were quickly responsive to inquiries. And the bonus of tour guide, Pia, living downstairs was a welcome addition. Her tour with us of Siena was spectacular & truly "went beneath the surface"! We had personal chef, Kati, cook 3 wonderful meals during our 10 day stay - you don't want to miss this! She was so much fun & her meals were better than we had in any restaurant. We can't wait to come back again!

Simply Magnificent !

Picture perfect home and setting.

Carola and Adam did everything possible before and during our stay to make sure we had all the information we needed. If anything, the listing under-sells this home: it was glorious and made it very difficult for us to leave to explore Tuscany. Sitting on the patio or walking the paths through the olive groves was as good as anything we saw in Tuscany. Would have stayed forever if they let us.

Fantastic

This place was just perfect for me and 3 of my girlfriends. Beautiful home with incredible views and outdoor space. Highlight was definitely our welcome pizza party (massive outdoor brick oven and patio space). It was nice to be near Sienna, but even nicer to be slightly removed and in the middle of the gorgeous vineyards. Thank you for everything!

Charming house in Tuscany with all the services and unbeatable location with great views, very good attention from the owners and the local manager and good companionship of the lovely Stella(😻) the only suggestion would be that they put better air conditioning as it's very hot during summer

First time in Tuscany for us and this was a perfect location for day trips, great communication!

We have more than two weeks in Italy with a busy schedule ahead of us but it was clear when our last day came to move on to other parts of the country that we were truly sad to leave because in a few short days it felt like home.
