This weekend stay was 5 star in every aspect. The apartment was beautiful and very nicely furnished. Immaculate and welcoming. Sandy had very thoughtful extras there for us. Will most definitely be requesting this for my next visit to the Motherland.

Property was super clean, decor was charming and wonderful, directions and parking were easy, bed was roomy and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Great spot. We only stayed a night but it was exactly what we needed. Close to downtown. Easy in and out. Very clean and communication with Sandy was excellent. Highly recommend!

Really big space, good furnishings. Very quiet place and not far from downtown. The only negative is the tiny bathroom. I wish it were bigger. The wi-fi instructions sent to me weren't accurate but the correct info was on the fridge. I had trouble figuring out how to get into the apartment as I thought there were more than one rental but it turns out the rental was the entire downstairs apartment. We had a great stay, and I would rent there again.

Thank you for your comments. I totally agree with the bathroom size but no one has complained in over two years ( except me and unfortunately it cannot be changed). I had an issue with Spectrum switching my modem for some unknown reason. I didn't realize it had not been changed on this site. The listing does say First floor apartment and I suppose it does look larger from the outside than it is. Glad you enjoyed your time here. Be well.

This is a sweet, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood, just up the hill from downtown North Adams. It was clean, homey, well-stocked with kitchen and pantry supplies, and had easy driveway parking and wifi access. We checked in late in the evening and left after (host-provided) morning coffee on the cozy front porch, which was when I briefly noticed all of the helpful materials for guests (notebook of tips, menus etc). If we were staying longer, and if we had our kids with us, there would have been plenty of room to cook, eat, play board games etc etc. The portable floor AC unit came in handy, since the apartment was a bit closed up and stuffy on arrival; easy fix.

Place was clean and we liked the kitchen supplies provided. Good location for access to town. Had cute nostalgic decor and TV worked fine. Quiet neighborhood. Decent bathroom and master bed. Twin mattresses were not soft and not comfortable. Check in was confusing.. we had to ask for the address, was only given a general location. Ended up driving up the wrong driveway. The combination lock to get in and out required specific instructions, not obvious. We were asked not to turn on the heat at night (temp was in the 40’s) at night, but put in extra blankets at night. (not easy to find the closet ) Owner did respond quickly to texts for help.

A very, clean and comfortable apartment with old world charm. The kitchen had everything we needed including several choices of teas and coffees. We loved the big paces/ reading room, living room, dining area. Furniture was eclectic and very comfortable. The house was close to everywhere we needed to be. Loved it!

Stocked with lots of kitchen utensils and extra towels. Nice consideration of details. No ac located in the bedrooms, however, which would’ve made it five stars for us. Friendly host and plenty of parking.

Happy Family Weekend

This apartment is roomy and fully appointed. Because of some physical issues we were unable to use the queen bed...it was too high. However, the twin beds were very comfy. The location is just right. So close to the Mohawk Trail, VT border and all the wonderful businesses that revolve around art. Our visits with family and friends were made even better because of our carefree accommodations! Hi-- my son and I were in town for a concert at MASS MOCA. I was having trouble getting into the app on my phone so couldn't pull up the entry code and an unexpected snowstorm sprang up when we were 1-1/2 hours away. Our host was very helpful and gave me instructions over the phone and left the lights on for us so we could find the house. She was wonderful and so was the property. 5 minutes by car to the museum and downtown. Highly recommended!

Great price. Host was very helpful with the check in process. Was only there one night but it was spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Good location, fit in well with the things we were doing. Close to really good local restaurants
