The location was great for our stay and centrally located for where we were wanting to hunt and explore. Would recommend this property to others looking to do the same and would stay here again if back in the area.

This property was clean, had everything we needed and is located just down the street from the hot springs. The host was a great communicator and even had someone come to the house to bring out the bbq grill so we could grill…in March! Perfect for our friends weekend getaway.

The property was amply equipped with all wants and needs. It was in a great location on the outskirts of town overlooking a beautiful field and mountains. I'll go back again when the opportunity arises.

Super clean and very comfortable.

The property listing is very accurate, the house is super clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful and went way above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

The house is super clean and cute! Vickie was quick to respond! The location had a beautiful view that we enjoyed our morning coffee with! Perfect spot to enjoy the springs and fun restaurants!

The house was perfect for us as we only needed a place to sleep and shower. But it had much more to offer, there were so many games to play, the bedrooms were a nice size. We would definitely stay here again. It was comfortable and clean, the kitchen was big enough for several people to be in there at once.

Sarah and her guests were wonderful! They followed the house rules and treated the property as if it was their own. The house was left very clean. We would highly recommend her to other hosts and would love to have them back any time!

Amazing!! We had the best time. The kitchen was very well organized and cleaned. The beds super comfortable. We loved the couch and all the fun games. Very easy to find and check in. Thank you!!!

Close to downtown and great views!

This is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Close to downtown and on the edge of town so Showdown is easy to get to. Property was clean and roomy enough for a family. Host had great communication and everything was just as described. Will definitely be staying again in the future! Thank you!

Smith River prep night!

We had the best time. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed including use of a boat trailer!!(just ask) the view out the front of house is amazing. Thank you. The hosts are next door are were very kind and accommodating. Would stay again!

Super Clean - Super Convenient

This is a great VRBO to stay at before jumping on a family smith river float. Nicely updated and very clean house with almost a new roomba in every room! The driveway and parking is super big and accomodates trucks towing rafts easily. Not to far of a walk to the local Town Pump for goodies and the sunrises seen out the front window are pretty amazing view of "Big Sky Country."

This property was very family friendly. Clean well stocked with necessities. The Host was very easy to communicate with and responded very quick to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property. My family and I will be returning for sure.
