With 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, this charming retreat is perfect for families or friends looking to unwind. The property has plenty of onsite parking for vehicles, trailers, rafts and recreational vehicles. The large yard is perfect for setting up your raft or boat for your float! Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a full kitchen, 58" 4K Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a washing machine/dryer. The 2 bathrooms are each equipped with a full walk-in shower, toiletries and a hair dryer. The house was perfect for us as we only needed a place to sleep and shower. But it had much more to offer, there were so many games to play, the bedrooms were a nice size. We would definitely stay here again. It was comfortable and clean, the kitchen was big enough for several people to be in there at once.

Super Clean - Super Convenient

This is a great VRBO to stay at before jumping on a family smith river float. Nicely updated and very clean house with almost a new roomba in every room! The driveway and parking is super big and accomodates trucks towing rafts easily. Not to far of a walk to the local Town Pump for goodies and the sunrises seen out the front window are pretty amazing view of "Big Sky Country."

Smith River prep night!

We had the best time. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed including use of a boat trailer!!(just ask) the view out the front of house is amazing. Thank you. The hosts are next door are were very kind and accommodating. Would stay again!

Close to downtown and great views!

This is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Close to downtown and on the edge of town so Showdown is easy to get to. Property was clean and roomy enough for a family. Host had great communication and everything was just as described. Will definitely be staying again in the future! Thank you!
