Needs a bit of mould treatment in the bathroom. Location very good, particularly with Bowl and Tonic nearby. Very quiet accommodation. Pretty good accommodation. Heating very effective. Has a lift to help with the bags.

I always take great care in relation to reviews that my guests leave and do my best to improve the comfort levels and service. I am also very sorry that over the past few months, due to some guests not using the “forced ventilation” in the bathroom, a small amount of mold appeared on the ceiling. However, it has now been completely removed by specialists (as soon as we had a day without guests, since we did not want to cause any discomfort with the smell). In addition, this November we will be carrying out a full renovation of the entire apartment. We hope to welcome you in the future to fully renovated accommodations. Warm regards, Marina

Beautiful apartment near the city center

We had an excellent stay in Marina's apartment. Her son made us feel very welcome and gave us good advice for sightseeing. The apartment is very well located and quiet. We recommend it!

Lovely flat, great area and friendly hosts!

We had a fantastic stay at Marina’s flat! The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We loved staying in this neighbourhood with a lot of cafes and restaurants they were able to recommend to us.We were greeted by Vlad (Marina’s son) who was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Amazing Experience

We had just a wonderful time in this apartment. The neighborhood has so many options for food and light shopping and it is conveniently located close to a tram line and a subway line. The park next door is also great to visit for some spectacular views of the city.

Great apartment, very friendly hosts

We loved our stay in Prague. The property was in a great location and there was lots to do and see in the city. Marina was very communicative and very organized. Her list of recommendation was especially helpful for us to find places to eat. The apartment was clean and spacious, we would stay there again without a second thought.

Great Location

Great Location, the arrival process was great. Owner's son in law was fantastic. He showed us how to use everything and how to get around on the subway. Place was very clean. The keys are a little tricky so make sure you pay attention on which key turns which way as well as push or pull. Over all the place was great with lots of room.

Prague Flat

The apartment was very clean and had all the bare necessities. Great neighborhood but a bit of a ways from Old Town although the tram isn’t too far. Clean and simple would sum it up.

Amazing Location and Hosts

I absolutely loved staying here! The location is amazing, and the area is beautiful. You can walk or take the metro to big sites. Marina and her son were so helpful and organized. The check in process was smooth, and they gave great recommendations for places to go in town. They took greater care of me. And the apartment is spacious and super clean. I’m definitely coming back!

Beautiful Apartment in Great Location

Quiet,extremely clean apartment and well equipped.Perfect for a visit to beautiful Prague.The host Marina and her son Vlad were extremely accomodating and helpful. The host provided city information with restaurants,transit etc. ahead of our arrival which was very helpful. Apartment is in a very nice neighborhood close to restaurants and grocery stores.Definately recommend this property

We had a wonderful stay in Prague. We preferred it to Vienna where we stayed during the same holidays, and the flat and its location were a huge part of that. It's in an upscale neighbourhood with gorgeous buildings, clean streets and a great vibe. The flat is all that as well. There's a bakery accross the street, the metro and a grocery store very close. Transportation system in Prague is very convenient with so many trams. We received a warm welcome from the host, and appreciated all the information provided.

Beautiful apartment near the park

Our family of four absolutely loved this apartment! The owner, Marina, was so communicative and helpful which started things off wonderfully! The apartment itself if beautiful, modern, and so clean. It is in a wonderful neighbourhood near a great park and not too long a walk to downtown. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Prague. Thank you Marina!

This was a very comfortable apartment for our stay in Prague - it was exceptionally clean, and well proportioned. We only stayed of a 4 night city break, but it would be comfortable for a longer stay and had everything you'd need (something of a home away from home). The apartment was very quiet, secure and lovely and warm coming in from the cold. The host was very welcoming on our arrival and very helpful about explaining how everything worked and orientating us with respect to location and travel options into the main tourist centers. I would have no hesitation about recommending this apartment for your stay.

I absolutely loved staying here!

This is by far one of the best VRBO's I have ever stayed at. Marina and her son went above & beyond to make me feel welcome, upon arrival. The apartment is adorable...very cozy, clean & comfortable. The bathtub is wonderful! I had a nice hot bath every night. The neighbourhood is lovely...safe & beautiful with plenty of grocery stores, cafe's, restaurants & pubs around. And a gorgeous big park right down the street! The apartment is only a short metro ride (10 min) to the heart of old town Prague, Charles Bridge, etc. I highly recommend this apartment...and will stay there again myself again for sure!

Perfect Stay

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful apartment for three nights and had a comfortable stay. The apartment is big and lovely - extremely clean bathroom, kitchen, linens and towels. We had all the amenities needed to cook and make coffee, and the beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. The apartment looks like the photos and is great! Marina and her son Vlad were kind, welcoming, responsive and helpful from the moment I booked the apartment to the point of check-out. Marina is very communicative, providing guidance on how to get to the apartment and information that is important for the stay (including a list of great restaurants, grocery stores, etc.). The neighborhood is great, with loads of nice cafes (e.g. Le Boheme) and places to eat. There is a beautiful park right by the apartment with a view overlooking the city. It neither feels crowded or touristy in this area, and instead is calm and beautiful. Highly recommend staying at Marina's apartment.

Super place to stay

My husband and i really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The location is in the middle of a lovely historic residential neighborhood. We enjoyed strolling around. There are good small markets (mini marts) around to buy cheese, milk, yogurt and things for breakfast. The bakery Antonio (or something like that) near the Metro stop and the daily farmers market there rounded out our meal. It is an easy walk to the apartment from the A metro line (J z P stop), and the metro made it easy to get to all of the tourist sites. Returning to the apartment at the end of the day was great. Time for a shower and a short nap. Marina provided a list of recommended local restaurants and all were excellent. So fun to eat with locals — not a lot of tourists. The neighborhood is very quiet, the apartment clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the chance to do a few loads of laundry. Moreover, Marina was reachable with a quick email and checked in regularly. The WiFi connections were great. The apartment met our needs perfectly. Highly recommended. Thank you!!

Would stay again

It was a great apartment in a beautiful location. However, there are 3 sets of stairs that are required to maneuver, even with the elevator. Marina’s son helped us upon arrival and departure, which was so kind. I only mention this because we would have had a difficult time without help. The subway station close to the house is currently under construction until October. We discovered a short ride on tram 11 will take you to the Flora subway station, which is an easy fix. Marina was very attentive and her son Vlad explained everything in detail to us upon check-in. We enjoyed the location which is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to eat. There is a small grocery store at the end of the street and a park across the street. We would definitely stay there again…with smaller suitcases!!! We had a 3am taxi ride to the airport the next day and because of the luggage situation, being unable to manage with the stairs we needed to book a hotel room for our final night. For this reason I have given some 4/5 ratings.

But with the help of trams and buses, which are a 5-minute walk from the house and run in 2-5 minutes, there are no problems getting to any points in the city. I'm sorry that your very heavy suitcases affected comfort and feedback (rating). Maybe if you have very heavy suitcases and it is difficult for you to move them from the elevator to the apartment (or from the entrance to the street), it is better to book accommodation facilities where there are movers? Then there will be no problems either for you or for the hosts you call to carry your luggage. Although we do not provide movers' services, we arrived at the time you specified without discussion and rescheduled (free of charge) your luggage. I hope this has fixed your heavy luggage situation a bit. I wish you good roads and pleasant travels in the future! Warm regards, Marina

Es ist eine Altbauwohnung und hat eine sehr gute und ruhige Lage, jedoch ein ruhiges Schlafen nur mit Ohrenstöpsel gewährleistet aufgrund von lauter Nachbarschaft und lautem Lift. Die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr schlicht und weniger als minimalistisch eingerichtet, alles in schwarz, grau und weiß, Gemütlichkeit ist nicht gegeben, jedoch sehr sauber. Die Handtücher sind hauchdünn/abgenutzt, die Matratzen sehr unbequem.Die Gastgeberin persönlich nicht kennengelernt, jedoch deren Sohn ist eine nette Person.

I’m sorry that the noise from the neighbours and the elevator disturbed your sleep. During your stay, I personally checked in with you to make sure everything was all right and that you were comfortable. As you did not mention any noise issues at the time, I was unaware of the problem and therefore had no opportunity to address it. Had you brought it to my attention, I would have done my best to resolve it promptly. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. The apartment is intentionally furnished in a simple, minimalist style, which may not suit everyone’s personal taste. I respect that individual preferences differ. Regarding the towels, I would like to clarify that they were purchased just two months ago. I’m sorry that they did not meet your expectations. I also regret that you found the mattresses uncomfortable, as comfort can be a matter of individual preference. I wish you all the best and many pleasant travels in the future.

Die Ferienwohnung habe ich zum zweiten Mal besucht, diesmal mit meinen Enkeln. Auch dafür ist sie sehr gut geeignet. Die liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und trotzdem sehr zentral. In zehn Minuten ist man mitten im Zentrum.
