We feel so lucky to have had such a fantastic landing pad for dropping our freshman off at college. The house was in a great location (equadistant between Knox and Target lol!), very well laid out, and extremely clean. Bonus was the backyard and deck, so beautiful. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and Cindy kept in the perfect amount of touch!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was as described, and nice and clean. Communication with the host was great. We were very comfortable. The back deck and front porch were great for morning coffee or evening wine. I don’t think we will ever be back to Galesburg, but if we did come we would definitely stay here again. Sincerely,Cindi

Great place to stay. Clean and well appointed. If I had one complaint it would be the key in the lock box. I put it back in there whenever we left rather than carrying a loose key in my pocket. It fell on the porch a couple times when I opened it and could see a situation where it could fall under the porch. Maybe a hook inside the lock box to hold it would help. Outdoor patio in back and the front porch were get places to relax

Whether you are returning home for a visit or new to the area, this is the home to book. It is everything that is good and special about Galesburg. The home is warm and thoughtfully furnished, the neighborhood is quiet and charming and historic, and so close to much that Galesburg has to offer. The hosts are thoughtful and helpful when needed. This was the most relaxing trip I’ve had in a long time. I truly felt like I was home. Will be rebooking every time I come back.
