Delightful studio apartment located within one block of Custer County High School and Lincoln School. You will be grateful that you can walk to downtown, Holy Rosary Healthcare, or the grocery store. This unit is new construction (built in March of 2021). It has all of the necessities including an attached garage for additional storage and one dedicated stall of off street parking. EVERYTHING you need is provided including a flat screen TV, kitchenware and linens. Enjoy this studio today!
Coin operated washers and dryers are present in the building. Shared wifi network is available through CenturyLink
You are welcome to enjoy the grassy area in the backyard. There are two laundry (coin-operated) sites on the property.
I provide a four digit code for entry. I work and live in town and have a local employee who cleans and maintains the property for us. We are here for you if you need us!
This property is located on the South side of town just two blocks off of Main Street. It is in a pleasant neighborhood with established tenants/owners.
There is a two stall parking lot located adjacent to this unit. There is also street parking, a dedicated insulated garage stall with an opener, and one stall of dedicated off street parking.
Please feel free to park in the first come/first serve parking area immediately next to your unit. You can also park in your attached garage stall or in your off-street parking stall immediatly in front of your assigned garage spot.
