We loved staying at this house with our family of 7 for an LSU game weekend. We had plenty of room to spread out, a great patio and front porch, and all the amenities we needed for our brief stay. Communication with the owner was great; he immediately answered all our questions. Cute neighborhood and cute house that's been lovingly restored. We would definitely stay here again.

I'm a Baton Rouge local. My wife and I love hosting and sharing our recommendations with our guests.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

My wife lived in this home for many years, it was our first home. We absolutely love the neighborhood and have dreams of moving back into Capital Heights when we are able to downsize again.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The house is filled with local art produced by my wife and her friends/colleagues. Much of the interior finishes were crafted by local makers and artisans. We also love the glassed-in front porch, it's a wonderful spot to have your morning coffee.
