The location of the villa is second to none. the view over the punic port is spectacular. The place is very spacious, and communication with Haythem for check in was very easy. There are plenty of shops (monoprix, pharmacy) and coffee shops close by. The pool is wonderful and we were rarely out of it! Just a couple of issues that could make the stay truly great. The kitchen could really do with some updated utensils (for such a large villa, there aren't even any teaspoons), especially if you plan to cook a lot. On arrival, we pointed out that a toilet seat in one of the bathrooms upstairs was broken, but sadly this wasn't fixed during our stay, so hopefully this can be for future guests. An aesthetic suggestion would be for some bedside / lounge lamps as the overhead lights are very bright! Also note the house isn't 100% private as there is a live in caretaker who is GREAT (helps with rubbish and maintenance etc), but if you are expecting complete privacy, this isn't the place. Just some small criticisms during a really great stay
