My husband and I had a wonderful time. The place was very clean and the bedroom views to the ocean were gorgeous. The place was furnished with everything you would need, along with some extras, like books, puzzles games, It was so relaxing sitting on the outside deck watching and listening to the waves. We absolutely loved this place and would give 5 stars for sure. We will be renting this property again and again!

This was our second time staying at this property. We enjoyed our stay 2 years ago so rebooked for this year. The house is very clean, fresh linens, kitchen is well stocked. House is dog friendly so we were able to bring our dogs with us.Location is great, right on the ocean. We like to visit OBX after Labor Day to avoid the crowds, beach was nearly empty, weather was perfect.Any question I had pre-visit was answered right away even after the Nor'easter hit the day before we were to arrive, We had no need to reach out while we were there for the week.We would definitely stay here again.

Having owned this fantastic property for 20 years,20 years ago, —- there must be a reason I HAVE RENTED IT EVERY YEAR SINCE!!This has LOCATION, LOCATION and LOCATION. The house is in 4.0 condition ALWAYS. The owners are responsible , responsive , honest and caring. I’ve already booked for 2027.

Adorable cottage right on the beach. Beautifully, yet simply, decorated. Very quaint. The living room has a huge window that you can look out and see the ocean. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have large windows that have great beach views. Small back porch to be able to hang out with family and our dogs to get a break from the sun. Reasonably priced and located centrally so a great location. Loved that they redid the kitchen from our stay years earlier. It’s super functional. We were able to bring our dogs as well so that was a plus. Great little beach cottage.

This was our second time staying at this location and we love it! Will definitely not be our last. Perfect for our dogs, little one, and being oceanfront is so ideal! Always a pleasure staying here.

We have stayed multiple times at this beautiful home. It has everything we want - an amazing oceanfront location, spacious rooms, plenty of comfortable seating, well stocked kitchen, and covered deck. It’s very clean and we hope to return again.

This was our second stay at this property. You can’t ask for anything more convenient. I love that it’s only steps to the beach. The ONLY negative is the tiny shower upstairs but the downstairs bath is spacious and everything else is perfect. We watched a school of dolphins playing from the living room window and watched the sunrise over the ocean without even getting out of bed. What more can you ask for?

Family Vacation

We loved our stay at the Oceanfront Cottage! The porch was our favorite part just enjoying the view and sound of the ocean. It is a great location! All around a very nice place to stay.

Location is wonderful, right on the beach minutes from Pier, shops, and grocery stores. Perfect size for a family. The house was cozy and clean!

This property is perfectly situated right on the beach! The photos do not do justice as to how close it actually is - literally step off the deck on to sand, you’re at the beach. The beautiful Kitchen is fully stocked, washer and dryer is conveniently tucked away in the closet, bed was comfortable, couch is comfortable. No issues with WiFi. There’s a five minute walk down the driveway and across the street to a doggy doo-doo area for the pups to go potty. We had one night of rain, so we chose Josephine’s Italian 3 minutes away - super good Italian food! If you want a beach vacation, Good Vibrations is the place!! Perfect!!

Wonderful Family Location

Absolutely ideal location for our needs. It was amazing to be that close to the ocean. We would highly recommend this property. We received excellent and quick communication for the owner.

This was our second stay at Good Vibrations. It was just as enjoyable as last year. The location on the beach was idyllic and so convenient to so many shops, restaurants and other attractions. The home’s amenities met all of our needs. We hope to return to ASAP!

Perfect beach getaway

The property had comfortable beds, plenty of seating for a family of four (could accommodate more) and a well-equipped kitchen. Loved being on the beach and convenient to grocery, restaurants, activity. Despite having terrible weather during our stay, we had a great trip.
