Such a great place to stay! Very convenient and clean! Lots of things to do at the house and I loved the privacy of the back yard! Wi-Fi was not the best and we only had 5 people so may be an issue with larger groups! Host was very responsive and checked in on us!! He provided lots of info about things to do, food delivery , grocery store (OMG, THE BEST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO) so very informative. Hope to stay here again next time in Austin!! You won’t regret staying here!!

This house was perfect for our stay. There was a large group of 15 of us that all needed a bed for our annual trip and the beds and layout of the house were perfect for us. The location is nearby a cool brewery, quick Uber into downtown, and not far from river float options to the South. Everything in the house snd entertainment space in the back is as advertised and in great shape. The host is very responsive up to and during the stay. Highly recommend any large group looking for a place in Austin to stay here. Could not has asked for more at this price!

Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We’re glad the house was a perfect fit for your annual trip and that everyone had their own bed and plenty of space to enjoy the stay. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the location, outdoor entertainment area, and easy access to downtown and the surrounding area. We also really appreciate your kind words about our communication. Thank you for the recommendation, and we’d love to host your group again for your next Austin trip!

We absolutely loved this house! We had a group of 15 and there was plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The three large bathrooms made getting ready easy. The backyard is wonderful and the patio is enormous! Will plan to stay here next time we’re in Austin.

I rented the property for my family that was coming from out of state for my wedding. We wanted to all be together for a few days leading up to the wedding and the few days after. There was plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. It was a central location to downtown as well as the church and venue for the wedding. We really enjoyed our stay.
