The property was as promised clean, quiet, spacious, and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the amount of seating everywhere was sufficient for the number of guets it could accomidate.

This was an excellent booking. The Host was extremely responsive. The property was as described and very clean. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay was a real highlight!

Clearwater Family Vacation

Super fun town, location was amazing. Quiet on the bayside but right across from everything you needed including the beach on the other side. Great balcony and pool was clean and quiet. Thanks

Bayside views that are spectacular. Perfect location central and within walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Condo was as described and well equipped. Excellent stay.

Nice condo

Very nice condo with lots of stuff nearby including the beach. The living room furniture and balcony furniture could use a update but overall a very nice place

The condo was very clean and had what we needed for our stay. The view of the Bay Area is wonderful and relaxing. We saw dolphins almost every day as we drank coffee or had a cocktail in the evening. Short walking distance to Shepard’s for entertainment and many other restaurants.

404 Bay Harbor

The condo is very large with a huge master suite. All three bedrooms/bathrooms were very nice. The bay view is lovely; we saw dolphins every day!

The place was beautiful! Beautiful views, saw dolphins in the marina. Convenient location to walk places. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall it was a great place for the price! Would stay again. Everyone in mgt was great too with communication. Extra shout out to Diane for making our stay extra special with her warm welcome and communication as well.

Wonderful home away from home!

There were 4 adults staying in this unit and I must say there was plenty of room and furnishings for all of us. The location is great right in the middle of all the action about a one mile walk to pier 60 with shops and eateries!
Lots of action on the water for photo ops.
Intercostal water view from the balcony.
Beautiful sunsets galore!
Wonderful picture opportunities!

Wonderful condo & location

Family vacation

We had a great stay the property was very clean with a way wall to the beach. Lots of shops to visit a many place to eat close by we only drove to dinner 2 of the nights there. The rooms were very clean and the check in process was flawless with the information provided to us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Clearwater.

Winter break

A great two weeks! Though it wasn’t a warm sunny vacation, the break from the teen weather in the South was wonderful. Too chilly for the dolphins this time but we still had a wonderful time.

The unit and venue are very nice. Great value and location. However, the one and only elevator was out of order for our first 4 days which made it very challenging for older guests to navigate stairs to the 4th floor. We were provided help from Doug, a very nice maintenance guy, met us at check in and helped us haul luggage and supplies up the stairs. We were told the elevator would be fixed each day, and it finally was on the 4th day. We would have appreciated advanced notice about the elevator with an option to cancel or change our reservations, but we did not receive notice about the defective elevator until we were enroute. Had no choice at that point, but we did delay two of the 3 groups who simply could never handle these stairs. One couple had their travel cut in half and one traveller simply cancelled. This was a family reunion and the elevator issues were significant.

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience with the extended outage of the elevator but please understand this was our of our control. Fortunately, the elevator is completely fixed and is up and running.
