With heating, AC, and WiFi available, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Our animals are our pets. We love them very much. Please show them the utmost respect.

We love to share our pool! Please be courteous of us and other guest.

Suntan oil (it makes the water and pump icky)
No one under the age of 18 with out an adult.
Enter the pool area at your own risk.

No smoking in the homes or barns
If you smoke DO NOT THROW BUTTS ON THE GROUND!
No unaccompanied minors at the pool.
No jumping from the waterfall or diving in the pool.
Do not mess with the pool supplies/vacuum.
Do not open any gates with out authorization.
Please do not pick up animals with out one of us present.
No parties
Do not come and go after 10p
Quite time is after 10p
Fires may only be in the fire ring if there is NOT a burn ban in effect.
Do not rearrange furniture.
Stay out of the batting cage unless prior arraignments have been made.
Do not try to ride the animals

Let us know ASAP if there is something broken or wrong.

IF YOU BOOK THIS PROPERTY YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THE DANGERS OF STAYING ON A FARM. THE ANIMALS ARE LARGE AND CAN BE DANGEROUS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MINORS THAT YOU BRING ON PROPERTY. MINORS MUST ALWAYS BE WITH AN ADULT.

If you would like to book a private meet and greet with the animals let us know. It is $75 for 45 minutes. You will get a full farm tour and time to brush/hang with the cows.

We provide toilet paper, paper towels and a garbage bag on arrival, if you need more you will be responsible for obtaining them.

All visiting pets must be on the reservation and stay on a leash. Not reporting an animal, letting them off leash or not picking up after them could result in a canceled reservation and no refund.

Relaxing Getaway

The atmosphere was calm and quiet of city noise, you could see the stars and pet all the farm animals. The house is a perfect little cottage for peace. If/when I need another place in that direction, that’s where I’ll book. The host was amazing and very kind. Great communication with me as I was a 1st time renter on Verbo. Or anywhere else

Great place

Location is peaceful and relaxing. I was traveling with a boat and there was plenty of parking and outlets to plug in and charge batteries overnight. Will be staying here again in the future if I am back in the area

Fun Farm-Stay

Everything was absolutely great. The farm animals were so fun to watch and interact with (Jethro the cow was our favorite). The property owner was kind and great communication. 5 Stars.
