Host was awesome- super responsive and accommodating for our groups. Would highly recommend staying at these properties and working with the host. House was perfect for our group and a great place to stay. Great time

As a native New Orleanian, I searched long and hard to find a property that would meet the needs of our group, and I was thrilled when I found this one. I hosted a group at this villa and we were all very pleased with our stay. The property was spotless and exactly as described in the listing, so there were no surprises when we arrived.The layout is the real standout. Even with a full house, it never felt crowded. There are plenty of spaces to spread out, whether you want to relax, play games, or hang out by the pool. Everyone could do their own thing and still come together easily. Honestly, if it hadn’t rained most of the weekend, we probably would have spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool area.A big plus was the dining table, which seats 18 people. It allowed our whole group to sit down and share meals together, which was important to us, considering we had also hired a chef to prepare our meals. Chef Kenya at Divine Cuisine was with us the entire weekend, and she was thrilled with the kitchen, it was spacious and the duplicate appliances was extremely helpful with efficiency.The host was also excellent. Any time we reached out, we got a quick response, which made the whole stay feel easy and stress-free.If you’re looking for a large accommodation in New Orleans that comfortably fits a large group, I highly recommend this villa. We would gladly stay here again!

Perfect Location for a Team Building Offsite

The house hit all of our needs for our Team Building Offsite. The house gave us the opportunity to have our entire team stay in the house but have their own private bedrooms while enjoying the various amenities of the home like the pool, hot tub, basketball and the lawn for yoga. We were able to easily connect to the TVs throughout the house for our presentations and we loved all the various indoor and outdoor sitting areas. The house was great and the neighborhood is also a gem with some really great food and bars.

Birthday Vacation

It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this house. My family and I decided to come down to celebrate my birthday weekend and to attend my daughter’s basketball games at the Lakefront Arena. The property was absolutely amazing! Sam was also a great person to speak with regarding anything that was related to the house. My family and I will definitely be returning again during the summer to stay in the house and enjoy the pool and the outdoor amenities!

We had a wonderful stay from July 18–25\! The home was perfect for our large group of 18 and comfortably accommodated everyone\. The property was very clean, well\-maintained, and the pool was definitely one of the highlights of our trip—it was a favorite gathering spot for everyone\.The owner was incredibly personable, welcoming, and responsive throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially larger groups looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you for helping make our vacation so memorable!

The house was nicely set up for our family and the pool was fun for everyone. The host was very quick to respond to questions. Perhaps a few more cooking utensils would be helpful, but that may just be us. All four generations had a great time and some definitely did not want to leave.
