Unwind in Lincoln at this lovely cottage. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Large, fully fenced, in yard. Furry friends welcome. Relax in the comfortable living space or take a stroll in the nearby area. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cottage.

Please note: 4% TOT "transient occupancy tax" is required to be collected by the city of Lincoln, after booking of gross total. Everything was great. Check in super smooth, great location, cozy house with lots of nice touches. Huge backyard for my dog and a nice park in walking distance. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay was as cozy as the home sounds. We stayed for the Sanannah Bananna game at Memorial Stadium. The location was nice and close, just a few minutes drive. The back yard was fenced in so our girls had a nice place to run their energy out after our long drive.The host also suggested Toast in Lincoln as a place for dinner. The food was great and tbere was a little ice cream shop next door, 402 creamery, that had the perfect desert.

The Cozy Cottage was perfect. It has a large fenced in backyard complete with patio furniture and a grill. The beds are comfortable. There are lots of little extras if you need them. Very clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy and the neighborhood seemed safe. We would absolutely stay again.

You always feel welcome at this cottage. it is in a great location, well-stocked, perfect yard for dogs and dogs are certainly pampered by the host. We love staying here with our two pups.
Love the fenced back yard and a great grill, etc.

The fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed and then some. They took the time to make sure the little things were available such as extra toothbrushes, Motrin, a first aide kit, dog bowls, and dog snacks. The owners were very responsive and the check-in and check out was very easy. Will definitely stay again.

We are repeat guests. Conveniently located near UNL campus and downtown. Pet friendly for our dogs. Great space to share meals when visiting our kids in Lincoln. Easy to communicate with.

Great little cottage in a very central location. Lots of nice touches from the host, who is also easy to communicate with. There is not a washer/dryer, which isn't the hosts fault I just didn't read the listing carefully when booking so that was a surprise. But there's a nice laundromat within a 2 minute drive so that was no issue. Overall a good place to stay, very cozy.

Property true to listing. Close to university stadiums. We stayed just 2 nights but enjoyed the coziness and amenities of the home. Communication with the host was seamless, they were very appreciative of feedback and accommodating to requests for a 2 hour early check in! If we are in Lincoln would stay again!

We really appreciated the single level, no steps up or down inside the house. The porch has a sturdy railing which made the home easily accessible for my disabled Sis and our elderly Mom. The kitchen which had everything we needed to make our meals. I didn’t even need to unpack my VRBO knife! Puzzles and books are available in nice variety. By the way, the turtle puzzle is missing 4 pieces, but we enjoyed working on it every night. Popcorn, coffee and tea were much appreciated. The beds are comfortable and although it was a humid 4th of July weekend, the house stayed cool and comfortable. When needed, the host responded to our inquiry quickly. We had a great time and hope to visit again next summer.
