Escape to a marvelous 2-bedroom apartment in Windsor. This cozy retreat features one king and one queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Amenities include WiFi, central heat/AC, washer/ dryer, fully stocked kitchen, outside deck. Your stay will be both comfortable and convenient. The apartment is located in Old Town Windsor with Windsor Lake one block away. Windsor Lake provides many entertainment opportunities such as 3 mile walking, biking, roller blading year round. Weather permitting other activities include playground, swim beach, some water sports, music, and great 4th of July celebration. There are many restaurants and shopping boutiques within walking distance. In addition there are sporting event fields and golf courses within 5 min of the apartment. Our place will help you feel at home while visiting, traveling, or working in Northern Colorado.

Summer and her family are great guests. They left the place in great condition and was compliant about sharing that there was an extra person. I would certainly welcome them again.

Perfect location, close to everything! The apartment is super cute, clean, and comfy! Got a great night's sleep and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Lindy and other guests left the apartment in incredibly perfect condition. She was very interactive in our communication and a real delight in having as guests.

We lived the location in down town Windsor. A beautiful old style Main Street walking distance to the lake, which we enjoyed multiple walks around it.The various restaurants in walking distance were also greatly enjoyed by us.With friends and family in the area it was a great central location to drive from.

We had an opportunity to communicate several times with Barry and Deb. They are such delightful, kind, and gracious folks. We were very blessed to have them as guests and would recommend them to anyone as guests. We would certainly welcome them back at any time.

Excellent host and location! Easy check-in, great communication, super comfortable and great walking distance to shops/food. Literally a block away from Windsor Lake which is beautiful. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Very clean and comfy! Great communication with the host. All the extras made the stay even better! Plus, it’s right over a candy store!! We would definitely stay here again!

Carl and his family were really great guests. They put new trash liners in the trash cans, took trash out, left on-site laundry in laundry room, did all of the dishes and put away. These folks are the cream of the crop as guests. They were very generous in their comments, even wrote an extra nice note. We were blessed by their presence. We would have them back in a heart beat.

Great place to visit

We stayed for 4 nights and this is a great location in Windsor. 1 block from the lake and walk to restaurants and bars. 1 hr from Denver and Boulder if you’re heading that direction. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from CSU and it was the perfect location

Babysitting for son’s family

This rental was very very nice and the owners were so nice and very responsive to anything you might need. I will be coming back here again. Location is great.

This was our second stay here and it was amazing. Would highly recommend this. The location is great and property managers are wonderful people and very responsive.

An older apartment that has been completely remodeled and beautifully furnished and decorated. Handy to downtown businesses and the lake, very nice neighborhood for shady walks. There is traffic noise during the day but it's quiet at night.

This was my second time staying here. Cynthia is an attentive, welcoming host. Everything is thought of and addressed. Kitchen is well stocked....including coffee needs. Bed is very comfortable. Good shower. The location is great - right in the middle of downtown Windsor - walking to great shops, restaurants, and the lake/pavilion area.

Very polite and nice hostess

My son locked our bedroom door and we were locked out at 11:30 12 o’clock at night called the hostess and she came out of her night and came around to a 20 minute driving and opened it for us and we think you’re very polite and kind for that. Thank you
